This place is like your local Petco. Great place to shop. Clean and friendly service. Everything you need for your pet/pets. They have everything from bunny supplies to cat, dog and bird supplies. Need dog or cat shampoo? They have it. Have problems with fleas or tics? They can help. Maybe you need a jacket for your dog. They have many sizes. Does your pet need grooming? Many clippers and brushes to choose from. Looking for some treats or toys for your pet. They have plenty. How about a bird cage? They have those too. Name brand pet food along with some holistic brand foods. Great shop. read more

Coos bay is very small and doesn't have a lot of options in the pet field (or any field) With that being said... I would first like to thank all the employees who work there. Thank you!! The staff has always been super nice and ready to help you find what you are looking for. 5 star all the way!!! As far as the store cleanliness goes it too gets a 5 star. Its great when everything is an easy find!! The place always seems clean and organized. We really like this store and would definitely recommend it to others. I've only been about 5 times or so but... if my Bride and I are ever back in the area, we will be taking Petronia (or dog) back here again. read more

The only place to go in the Coos Bay Area to get needed pet foods and treats that will keep your pet healthy. Walmart my be cheaper but - Walmarts food is not good for your dog. The staff is friendly and knowledgable about pets - when we visited the store was packed. read more

Always pleasant people, cheapest cigarettes in town, enjoy going in, it's just very cramped and kinda dingy in the store.

We just stopped here on our way back down to California to get our dog some bully sticks. This place is amazing they have so many great things good quality food and many many different kinds of treats for your pets. The guy at the counter was super nice and really really friendly. While I was shopping for treats my husband was at the counter with our puppy and the guy at the counter showered her with little tasty morsels. If you ever need anything for your animals this is the place to stop. read more

This place has everything you need for your pet. I was visiting for the weekend and forgot dog food. They had my brand as well as a Great assortment of other food. I have gone in here for leashes pet treats and anything else Ive needed for my dog. I got a punchcard this time because I will be there often I'm sure. Great place for all your pet needs read more

I, and my family, will only go to this Pet Mart.....just because of the people behind the counter and the managers. We live in Coos Bay, and went to that store when it opened, only to get expired dog food sold to us and horrible explanation why....and would not refund our money for the food we bought that was wrong! We were never going to go back to either store and one day we were so desperate, I decided to go to North Bend store....and they were so nice, so helpful, even gave us a refund on the wronged food, and they carried so much more than the other store, so our allergic lab had a whole lot more to choose from. We have never been treated wrong in the North Bend Store, they have been nothing but helpful with any question we have asked, and that is where we buy all of our pet supplies! I would give them 10 stars if I could! They are very worthy of it. The people that give less stars, have ridiculous reasons.....put food out so your dog eats it and you have to purchase it???? Control your dog, there is no reason you have to buy it....that is crazy! A few other reviews that were negative, didn't make sense either! read more

Great store, clean & well organized. Strong commitment to grain-free pet foods, although other types are available. My cat has chronic food allergies and no other store within 100 miles carries foods free of her allergens. TERRIFIC VARIETY within that class! Store managers are knowledgeable, friendly and provide excellent service. When I bought the wrong food, employee put it all back on the shelf for me! Best of all, their food guarantee policy allows you to return food the pet won't eat, even if already open & partly consumed. Mini Pet Mart combines big store variety with small store service. Can' beat it! I drive 23 miles each way to get there. In a town of only a few thousand people, this store is a jewel. read more

Great store! They made a new one in Coos Bay local area, but this one has been around for a while and has some goodies! From exotic fish to multi colored pet bowls, its the best pet store around. I got some great dog, cat, and fish food there. There's usually some really cool dog houses and such outside of the store, including animal mats. read more

Staff very helpful when we needed to find a reasonable priced food for our dogs with food allergies. When we were ready to purchase a second bag I called around to check on the price and found they were one of the best prices in the area!
