She had seen him standing there the whole time, yet never communicated that she was closing the line. If she had simply let him know earlier, he wouldn't have wasted his time. It's disappointing that the employee couldn't either take a moment to let him know or just finish his order since he was the last person in line. We expect better customer service from Wegmans.
