I was involved in a nasty collision that left me in some serious distress. I called and spoke with Mrs. Nancy who scheduled an appointment for me to come in and by the time I got off the phone with her I felt as if I'd known her for years. The day of my appointment my experience was the same with the entire staff from the front desk to Dr. Randy Griffis. I honestly knew that I had made the right decision in choosing this team of professionals. Their soul purpose is to make sure Geneva is put together again! Try them for yourself, you won't regret it! I called to make an appointment late in the afternoon and they were able to offer me an appointment the very next day. I was experiencing a significant amount of back pain and the office staff was very understanding and friendly. Mr. Bill did my trigger point therapy. He was also very friendly and did a great job explaining his procedures. Dr. Beard performed my adjustment. It was instant relief! I could have cried because the back pain I had been experiencing for the last six months was instantly gone! I highly recommend Dr. Beard and the entire team at Mink Chiropractic. Dr register is the man! He not only gets me centered he also shows me how to strengthen my weak spots and stretch my tight spots. He's been invaluable to my health. He knows more about health and fitness than anyone I've ever met. read more

03/06/2017 I was suffering from numbness in my right calf for the last couple of days. I walked into the clinic and explained what was going on and in few minutes I was being treated by Dr. Register. After being treated I feel like a brand new person. AWESOME job by one and all there (Dr. Register and his entire staff). HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! read more

My husband saw Dr. Beard at Mink Chiropractic Center and it was a great experience. He was very thorough and went over his x-rays in detail and told him what he could do to help. He took his time and was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend him for sure! read more

I was a patient of Dr Mink back in 1981. I have scoliosis. My mother took me to him to relieve pain (which it did) and maybe try to avoid surgery. I ended up having to have two major surgeries to correct my scoliosis. I was 13 years old. The doctors were amazed at how much my spine was able to be straightened. (It was a severe S curve) My mother was told it was likely because of the chiropractor visits that assisted the success. She questioned the surgeon but he would give no credit to Dr Mink. I will be kind and leave the surgeon Unnamed. The surgeon had a God complex, but my family knew the truth. Thank you Dr Mink! read more

Mink Chiropractic Center has been in the Chiropractic business since 1961. Our current center is the 5th location in Valdosta - because we outgrew the others....people and parking. The single most important factor for our continued growth has been our results. We get people well. Next in importance has always been our staff of caring doctors and employees - our commitment to getting you in, getting you out and getting you better - and except for very rare occasions, staying on time. Our purpose has always been "to help as many people as possible to get well naturally, and to educate them on what we do so they in turn can educate others." We now have three Chiropractors on staff: Dr. Deane Mink (1961-present) Dr. Ken Register (1998-present) Dr. Randy Griffis (2007-present) Chiropractic adjustments are the main focus at Mink Chiropractic Center. Our chiropractic doctors are highly trained and have a very caring attitude when treating their patients.

Meet the Business Owner: Dr. Deane M.

Dr. Deane Mink was born in Huntington, Long Island, New York. He lived there six weeks and didn't like New York, so he moved to Orlando, Florida. He then went to school in Orlando and graduated from high school in Cocoa, Florida in 1952. He played six seasons of professional baseball with the Brooklyn Dodger organization and then went into the US Army for two years. Dr. Mink then went to Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1957 and graduated in 1961. He came to Valdosta and began his practice here in 1961. The current facility is his 5th location and third one he's built. He has been a member of the Georgia Chiropractic Association for 46 years, having served as it's President in 1973. He also has been on the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners for 13 years, with 7 years as President. Mink Chiropractic Center was awarded the Valdosta-Lowndes County Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year in 1999 and Georgia Chiropractor of the Year in 2001.
