Ordered a swim platform pad according to the picture I should have gotten the one in the picture…read morewhich was a perfect match. When I got the order and had a chance to get to where my boat was located it turned out to be the wrong one. When I contacted them about a refund or swap they said they couldn't do that as it came rolled up in a box. Personally I thought it was protected there but apparently according to them it wasn't or sound to sell to anyone one with good faith. Now this is the way they sold it to me and no instructions on storage or anything to keep the integrity of the product. Which tells me they don't have a return or refund policy. Give them your money and take your chances. For master craft owners there is a better option for your needs it has depo in the name and when I contacted them on the same product there first question was which boat I have and the hull number and a picture of the situation. They then gave me the part number and a picture of the part for my verification. That's professional!

I stored my boat with them and when we brought it home and tried to start it, it was leaking gas…read moreheavily. We tried to bring it back, but it was a month until they'd look at it and were curt and rude whenever we called. They had the boat for several days and called to say it was fixed. We brought it back and it leaked gasoline heavily and they said bring it back in. They had replaced the gas line. When they got it back they fooled with the fuel pump and it changed nothing. Then they said it was the carburetor and they would try to get one, but then called and said there were no carburetors available for that motor. They initially charged us $610 (which we paid) then wanted to charge us another $200 and would give us our boat until we gave them cash. We tried to give them a credit card, but they said when they accepted a credit card in that situation, people stopped payment. Really!!! My neighbor said he ordered an outboard motor from them earlier this year but he needed it by mid May. He called over and over and they kept saying it wasn't in yet. Then they said it came in and they sold it to someone else. He got a motor the end of June. We and our neighbor will never do any business with them. Arlene B.
