They replaced the plugs and the water pump(impeller was part of this). When Bayside did a lake test, one of the hosing the pushes water through the exhausted popped up. Which created an excessive amount of heat that melted the paint of the exhaust and damaged wiring. They did not tell me this when I picked up the boat. I noticed it before I left their dock and called it out to them. They did try to repair the damage but ever since I have had nothing but problems. The boat was in perfect condition prior to them working on it. Won't be back to them every again. Many other good shops on the lake.

I wanted to reach out to extend my gratitude for all that you did for me and my family and the high quality of service you delivered. As you are aware my ninety year old mother had been in possession of the boat you restored for many years. Most of my siblings were of the opinion that the best thing to do would be either to sell it for parts or junk it, as it had been years since it had been used. I felt differently and so did my mom. We both thought if there was a chance to repair the boat and take it out again, it was absolutely worth a shot. Our first experiences looking for help with repairs was disastrous. One individual recommended by a a reliable boat store once under contract took the boat and various parts and disappeared, We had to get law enforcement involved. For over a year we struggled with this getting the boat back into shape was becoming a more and more distant hope. Enter: Anchor Marine. When we first took the boat into Anchor Marine, we were met by the owner Vic Cossette and his incredible team. The boat was identified and respected as not just some old junky tub. It's a Glastron CVX 16 with a 115 motor my 90 year old mother put in it. This boat is the boat that made several appearances in none other than James Bond's Live and Let Die! Vic and his crew went above and beyond. They were determined to bring the boat back to its original condition and the passion that these individuals have for their vocation was evident from the start. Often I would get a call detailing their search as for a part that they felt was essential to its restoration. They went the extra mile simply due to their passing for their work. The boat went from being covered in tree sap and a home to mice during the winter to an unbelievably beautiful restored Glastron. I believe it now looks even better than when it was originally purchased by my mother all those years ago. The boat cannot be taken out without being stopped by admirers wherever we go! It is next to impossible to find this quality of service. Vic and his team treated us with the utmost respect, made time to communicate clearly with us their plans and what they hoped and realistically believed could be achieved. They treated the boat as if it were their own. It is impossible to understate the quality of their work . If I could leave 100 stars I would. This was one of my mother's dreams realized. At 90 years old she's back on the water in her boat.

We have had a boat slip at Howard's Point Marina for the last 3 year's and couldn't be happier…read more This is by far the best marina on Lake Minnetonka and it's not even close! Bill runs a great place and all the folks who work there are helpful, courteous, and just really good people. Howard's is a full service marina with boat slips, storage, fuel, boat rentals (pontoon and fishing), snacks, ice, and bathrooms. Many times we find ourselves just hanging out in our slip, boat watching, grabbing a pizza from their pizza oven, enjoying a cocktail, and watching the beautiful sunset. We absolutely enjoy our summers here on the lake and feel very fortunate that we get to do that at Howard's. Cheers to many more years to come.

This is the time to get them serviced so they are ready to go in the spring. I then called a shop in New Richmond, Wi. and was told to bring it right in which I did and it was fixed in 1 week. I would never call Hannays Marine again either for service or to purchase a new boat. If you need service for your Evinrude the drive to New Richmond is worth it Warners Dock knows how to treat their customers!

Fantastic Customer Service…read more I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Bean's Greenwood Marina. From here on out, I will be a loyal customer. On Memorial Day weekend, my engine starter failed after filling up with gas at their dock. I was literally stuck there, with nothing I could do. It was the busiest day of the year for putting boats in the water, and instead of being frustrated with me for taking up space at their dock, Aaron, the manager, was very understanding and helpful. He helped me try to troubleshoot the problem. And when we couldn't isolate the issue, he volunteered to tow me back to my slip, which wasn't all that close. Keep in mind, they were very busy that day. And through the whole towing process, he was positive and kept reassuring me my boat would be up and running again in no time. When I tried to give him money for the tow, he politely said it was on the house, and he hoped I'd come back to them for gas in the future. What a total class act. Now I only go there, no matter the distance. Thanks to Aaron and the rest of the team that helped me that day...I appreciate you all!

We rented 2 pontoons for a work function…read more It went well. The boats were well maintained and we had 0 problems with them. They were easy to drive. The back part had a canopy so you could stay out of the sun if you wanted to or sit in the front for the full sun effect. It was a fun day.

All week there was going to be chance of storms so we wanted to wait it out and see if it was going to be accurate or not. The cancellation policy on the day of is for weather only (rain, high winds etc). So it's now the day of a reservation (11-7) at 9 am and it's severe thunderstorm watch all day. I call at 9 and ask if we're able to get a full refund, they say no because they have to wait to see if it's going to be bad weather during our reservation time. Fair. I call back at 1045 to cancel because I see it's going to be bad all day, not worth going out at all for $750 or even a partial refund of 375 to go out for half the day. I was still charged the $100 cancellation fee even though the weather was no good. It's upsetting they tried to get me to do a half day on the water when an hour into our reservation it's been lighting. We live an hour away from this location so none of it made sense for us to commit to this reservation unfortunately. If you don't want to go through what I did with no sympathy, either book another company, but your own boat, or cancel 3 days ahead of time
