I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so! I've had experiences with acupuncture…read more(both private and community) and body work. All service providers have been fantastic - they are kind, professional, and take the time to learn about you and your body for the best treatment. The front desk staff is great as well - always helpful. The building is also great! A clean and calming environment. Plenty of parking available too!

Got a pretty good Groupon for service here and decided to try. I have mixed feelings here so I'll…read moreshare the good and the bad. It was also my first time trying this particular type of well was treatment so I I have nothing to compare it to. I booked a 90minute float therapy session Good: Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in so I loved that. The front desk staff was nice when welcoming me. They also have a vending machine that sells THC beverages which was nice. They encouraged me to use the bathroom which was very clean and well stocked. Then essentially explained what to expect while in the room and pretty much left me alone. That was nice. The not so good: An even better experience would have been to offer robes before going into the float room or something to get guest more relaxed before going into the tank. Or maybe a glass of cold water. I understand wanting to control water intake but it gets pretty warm in the room and you get thirsty! There was no soap available and you are required to shower before getting into the tub. I didn't realize what was in the shower was shampoo and conditioner because they weren't labeled. They give you a thing to support your head while floating but I think providing goggles or some sort of eye protection would have been epic. Maybe someone more seasoned would have know to bring something but it was my first time. So of course I got salt in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. There was also no sort of lotion for after the session I did ask about it and was told they had a shipment delayed and so they didn't have any of the things you'd expect to be standard at a spa. While I understand. It would have been a good idea to include a care note or something to give a head up. That was disappointing In summary. I didn't have a bad time or a great time. It was just okay. The float therapy itself was good but I think the business missed the mark on the pre and post care for me.

I am seriously addicted to this place. Is this what it means when people are addicted to getting…read moretattoos!? It's painful but in a super satisfying kind of pain and after that, all you could think of is how can I save more so that I could come here every week!? My muscles were loosened and my super tight shoulder have knots that were untied after the deep tissue massage session here with Linda. Wait!! Deep tissue massage is not supposed to be this good in the Twin Cities because I always get utterly disappointed with the massage claimed deep tissue here, but it always ended up underwhelming. I can't believe I actually found a place that truly knows how to give a good massage. The last time I had a really good massage was in Thailand and this reminds me of that experience. This is my second time returning to see Linda and I just made my third to go in a month. I am definitely addicted to the pain and the pressure points that Linda puts on me each time. She goes all out using her elbows, arms and partial body weight. Her massage was fully committed and I loved it. The tense pressure on my shoulder feels so much better now, allowing me to work and be productive in an office setting. This spa place is not fancy, but it is clean. I also love that they use unscented coconut oil to massage my body, leaving a beautiful glow and a layer of moisturizer on my skin. I think this type of deep tissue massage is not for everyone, but it certainly is what I look and crave for ... so I can't wait to visit again.

Peter made me so uncomfortable during my massage. I was fully exposed for most of the massage, with minimal attempt to keep my groin covered. I'm convinced that he rubbed his genitals on my hand at one point, because there was some back and forth rubbing on my hand that did not feel accidental while he breathed super heavy. The massage itself was not a modality I have ever had before; there was no stroking but instead just pressing and holding for long periods of time which did not do much to relax me or loosen up my tight muscles. I definitely won't be back. My massage was a couple months ago and I delayed in writing this review because I convinced myself it was all in my head, but after reading similar reviews I feel it's important to give my experience a voice so other woman are aware of potential risks.

I mainly come here for the massages - what for my attention at first was the BOGO massage offer. They still offer this deal, but it is limited to new clients only, The store itself has a lot of pottery and home decor from around the world. Most times I go in there for a massage, I end up purchasing either their essential oils, body sprays, or room spray. Scott has a talent of combining scents well and the best part is they're not overpowering. I primarily have seen Scott for massages. You can tell he's very experienced and knows what he's doing. He takes direction well and gives the amount of pressure you're looking for. Joshua is very helpful at the checkout and always answers questions I have about the products. Scott has a certain lotion there that helps with sore muscles or arthritis. I forget the name of it, but he let me try it and it really did work. It's a little on the expensive side, but it works marvelously and I plan to get that in the future.

My mom typically waits to buy services from them until they're on sale and then stocks up a bit and generously shares them with me! It's fun to pop into Jeromeo to browse their art, curated scents, and gifts before your service (or just to shop). The most recent service I had was a 90 min bodywork with Henrietta, who suggested cupping. I was initially nervous because I'd never had cupping done before but as time went on I felt very at ease with Henrietta's guidance. I don't think I've ever had such an attentive and insightful bodywork session! I always feel safe, welcome, and taken care of when I visit Jeromeo, and that's why I will always return. Thank you!
