Amazing care! Dr. Tyler truly wants his patients to feel better each time. I didn't trust chiropractors at all when I first started seeing Dr. Tyler a few years ago. I had a very unfortunate incident as a child at a chiropractor. On my first appointment, he walked me through every step of the way and assured me that I was safe and ok. I have been on the search for a new chiropractor closer to home and went here for a initial visit. Bonus points for free new patient special, however other than that it felt like they had a exhaustive process and were not making me feel like they wanted me as a patient. I had called to schedule my appointment and scheduled it for 8:45 am, they told me to arrive 15 mins early for paperwork (standard, no prob). I received a notification late Friday evening saying my appointment was scheduled for 9 am. I was already confused on the different time, so I showed up at 8:35, i filled out the paperwork, then waited, and waited and waited. At 9:18 I was taken back by a chiropractic assistant to go into this office that I was instructed to watch a 7 minute video. It was a waste of time! Then when the video was done, I waited and waited and waited. I finally went back and the doctor and I talked about pains and he said he wanted me to do xrays, no prob as I know this is normal for chiropractors. But there was SO MUCH time I was just sitting by myself waiting. I thought a new patient appointment would be efficient and make me feel like I am cared about but all the excess time spent waiting I was just glad the appointment was free. I am definitely not going to continue care with them based on the experience I had. read more

On 01/17/2020, I went in for what I believed was a pinched nerve at L5-S1. Dr. Tyler Knutson saw me right away, and after that first adjustment I initially felt significant relief. My symptoms improved quickly, and I was hopeful. I returned for follow-up visits, but I did not want my lower back adjusted again because it seemed to be doing well. During a visit on 01/27/2020, I was told they wanted to adjust my hips. I was not aware beforehand that a drop-table technique would be used. Within the next couple of days, my symptoms returned and I lost sensation again. I went back and explained what had happened, but the additional side-posture adjustments did not help. I gave treatment two more chances and experienced no improvement. My biggest concern was that after my condition worsened, I did not feel that the office addressed the issue in a way that helped me. I left feeling disappointed, unheard, and without answers. This is my honest experience. I did not get the outcome I was seeking, and I would not return. read more

I was gifted a certificate of treatment by a client of mine a few weeks ago and I'm so grateful!! I was so nervous about getting aligned but it wasn't bad at all. I saw Dr. Tyler and he really took time to listen me and my history with pain/injuries. I could tell he is very well educated in chiropractic care and sports injury. He also gave me some stretches to do at home and insight on what I can do at the gym to help my conditions. Beware xray scam. They tricked my wife into getting an xray before checking if our insurance covered it. Afterwards they crushed us with a $500 bill!! I wrote to them to ask them to correct this issue. They never replied. This is the type of customer service you can expect from The Brost Clinic. Be smart with your money. The place seems very busy and although the waiting time in the lobby is usually short, you may be laying on the table waiting for the MD to come and adjust you. That can be up to 25 min, although they tell you only 15 min. They forget to schedule you for reevalautions, you have to remind them and then they forget to tell you about the results. Kind of inconsistent. Most of the staff is friendly. Massages are very expensive! And not even a full hour, only 50 min. I go because it is very close to my house, convenient but with so many chiropractic places nearby, they do need to be more competitive in pricing and care they provide. read more
