I completely disagree with the comments made by the Denny E. We have had Minocqua pest control for 8 years. It's a family owned business. They have been respectful every time I've spoken to them. If I leave a message they promptly return my call and are very helpful. There has never been an issue with the technician providing the services. The charges are a once a year charge that includes the fall treatment. Spring treatment is inside and out. Yes they ask for payment in advance but they provide the services requested without fail. Also by asking for payment in advance they are completely aware of who wants their services and can order the materials they need accordingly. In todays economy they don't need to have more supplies on hand than what they know they can use. We have had no trouble with "critters of any kind" since beginning their services. As far as their fees go, our charges are nothing like stated by the Denny E. I imagine it depends on the size of the home and the treatment requested. I feel ours are very reasonable as we have friends with summer homes in other areas of Wisconsin who pay considerably more. I highly recommend Minocqua Pest Control. In fact I have referred several people to them and they are also very satisfied. The reason I did not give them a five star rating is that everyone needs to know they can do better, no one, no company is perfect. read more
