Baumann Chevrolet has been very accommodating with exceptional service that is timely, cost effective, and professional completed. On another instance, my BMW X5 hit a deer. Again, no BMW dealer here on the Island. Baumann put the vehicle up on their hoist and did a complete examination of the undercarriage for any damage. Fortunately, there was none. My fee for this: $0.00. I think their Service Department does a good job and sincerely tries to accommodate their customers.

I had my Toyota there to be repaired because of a covered accident. I had faith that he would do a good job,but man is he ever slow now on returning the vehicle. He promised 1 date,and couldn't keep the promise. I wound up paying for a rental for an extra week,and the job was not satisfactory to me! My truck was done,but the end result left a lot to be desired. I gave him another opportunity in May this year (Accident was in Oct. 21) and all I received were excuses on the quality of his final effort. There were no excuses,or mountain's he couldn't climb to do the job until after the check's were signed and the cash in his pocket! Suddenly,there were all kinds of excuses! I will never take another vehicle there again. I am picky about my vehicle's and take excellent care of them. I must now find another body shop with a reputation for quality to redo the paint work! "Anyone Like Orange's?"
