Because it was the 18 th I did not receive the sale price of $9.98 ($4.99) per pound for the two pound package. I was heading out the door when I realized what happened. The price I paid was $19.98 not the $9.98. I went back to the teller who said to take it to customer service. The time was 12:35 pm and the counter was closed to 1 pm. I asked for a manager. The manager apologized but the person would be back at 1 pm. I could not wait because of another meeting I had. I said that is not good customer service, that someone in the store should be able to take the return. At 10 minutes to 1pm I had to leave with the item, and would return the next day. I understand someone taking a break, but there should be someone ( manager) should be able to help. I do not shop there very often and will do even less now.
