Melissa did an incredible job with my vertical Tragus. In the past I had horrible experiences with other piercers. I let her know I've had some scar tissue in the area and she was able to still work around that and get the piercing done. I am very happy!

This place is amazing. I have gotten both my belly button piercings here and now double nostril piercing. I got one belly piercing done and now my double nose all 3 done by Sarah. She is absolutely fantastic. Very throughly explains everything about aftercare, what she is doing while piercing, and overall just very informative and friendly. The vibe in here is very chill and relaxing. I'm typically very nervous before piercings, and anytime I go here the nerves are calmed. All of my piercings from here have all healed beautifully and never got even slightly infected.

I've only ever gone to Claire's to get my ears done. They've got infected every time and I have horrible scar tissue from it. I'm very glad I came here to get my ears done. I had been debating if I wanted to get them done again but I'm SO glad I came here. I got them done about 2 months ago and no infection, no pain (they give the backing room to swell), gave me great care tips, and gave me a little baggie of cleaning solution for them! Over all this place was great the ladies who worked on me were super sweet, asked for my consent throughout the whole thing making sure I was comfortable. It was a great experience! I loved it and I will only be coming here for my future piercings! read more

Went here about 6 days ago to get my septum pierced and I have to say they were absolutely awesome. Only a quick pinch and it was over. I honestly forgot the piercing was there the first night, my nose was only slightly tender if I touched it. The piercing still moves freely on its own without me messing with it nor does it hurt to clean whatsoever. No bleeding, scabbing or swelling has happened since I got the piercing. I cant remember the girls name but she had a Celtic knot necklace and she was awesome and found the sweet spot really quick. read more

The blonde tattoo artist who works the front when entering is SUPER NICE and amazing, I wish I got her name!! I got my nose stud pierced here and when I got home, I changed my clothes and my nose piercing got hooked on my hoodie and came out. (Very painful btw) I ran back to Mint right before they closed and told them what happened and how the bar was extremely long so it was visible if I tilted my head back and how I didn't like that look. She immediately took me to the back so she can get it re-pierced as quickly as possible without me having to pay to get it pierced again. She also made the bar hook smaller so it wasn't visible when my head is tilted back. 10/10 recommend this place. When I'm ready for a tattoo I will more than likely be here to give them my business. read more

This is my favorite place I've been to for piercings! The first time I went was for my belly button piercing. I was appealed to their prices, which typically includes the service AND the cute jewelry piece for a really fair price. Most recently I returned to get my Tragus piercing. Both times the piercer was professional + nice, the piercing was near painless, the place was clean, and there was no wait time. I would say their only flaw is that it's cash only. But otherwise, I have had great experiences here and would recommend it to others. My belly button piercing is still doing very well and I love it, and my Tragus piercing has been healing nicely and is my newest joy of finally having! read more

I went there and I really enjoyed my visit. When I first went in I was happy to see them wearing their masks and requiring people to wear their masks. I personally went in for a piercing, I got my septum pierced by Sydney. She was really sweet and made the process easy and sanitary. Although I did not receive a tattoo I really liked the art of the artists in the shop and will most definitely be coming back for other piercings or maybe next time a tattoo. read more

I got my nose pierced by Sarah a couple months ago and she was quick and very informative, a while later I came back to get my side labret pierced (also by Sarah) she did a great job! Unfortunately I decided to take it out but later got it repierced by Melissa, she's great as well. Everyone at Mint condition is great and professional and very informative. I'm from out of state but was staying with family and wanted to get my nipples pierced while I was here. I looked around and was convinced by other reviews to give this place a shot. I ended up going back for 4 more piercings and brought my mom along for 2 of her own, that's how happy I was. Sarah was amazing!! She is quick, gentle and very informative. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the details to me, even writing down my gauge sizes and what to look for when I go back home. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The shop itself is very clean and all of the staff are there to help their customers as soon as they walk in too. great experience here! walked in to get my second piercing and was in & out in probably about 15-20 minutes! (I don't think they take appointments) our piercer was super kind (I forgot her name :( ) and even gave us her phone number at the end to text if we had any questions or concerns. the piercing was super quick and painless! I believe it was ~$50 which included the earring and cleaning solution/salt. read more

I went to laughing Buddha to get my septum pierced and they told me to come back another day bc I had my kid with me. Came back another day and they turned me down because there piercer was gone for the day, so I looked up another place that does piercings and this place was able to accommodate me right away, the other place I went to had a 2 hour wait. The piercer at mint condition was very friendly but not overly friendly which I loved, and she answered all my questions. Over all I'm extremely satisfied with the speedy service and professionalism at mint condition. Would recommend to anyone looking to get pierced! read more

Unfortunately, the wait wasn't the only issue during my first visit. When I finally got in, the interaction with one of the staff members felt uncomfortable. I asked a simple, genuine question about whether piercings on each side have any meaning. He said he didn't know, which was perfectly fine, but the way he responded afterward left me wondering if he was being sarcastic or mocking me. It felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly made me hesitant to return. These days it seems like you can't ask anything without someone turning it into something political, and that's not what I came in for. I did go back for a second visit, and that experience was completely different -- much more easygoing. I guess it really just depends on who you get. Still, that first impression was annoying enough that I've never looked back since. If you decide to visit, I recommend coming with a friend, especially if it's your first time. Having someone with you can help avoid misunderstandings, give you clarity, and make the whole experience feel more comfortable and supported.

I recently got my helix piercing done here, and the entire experience was genuinely great . From the moment I walked in, the staff was easy to communicate with, patient, and very professional. I've been to other piercing establishments near Upland where I've had to wait 30 to 45 minutes just to be seen, but this place respected my time and made the process smooth from start to finish. The piercer explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and the piercing itself went perfectly. What really stood out to me was the aftercare. At the end, she provided a full setup of detailed aftercare requirements -- not just the basics, but tons of helpful, necessary instructions to make sure my helix heals properly. She even gave me the store's Instagram so I could follow up with any questions during the healing process. No other establishment I've been to has ever offered that kind of ongoing support. Spent a lot of time researching local artists that had a skilled eye for proportion and quality. John Sunseri far surpassed my expectations! Currently he is working on a full sleeve for me. We have done 3 sessions and the work is impeccable and unique. All the guys are cool, the shop is clean, it's a very laid back environment (just like you want when doing 4 hour sessions). got my eyebrow pierced and was told it was going to be $20 to come back and downsize it. came back to downsize and they told me $25. i only had $22 in cash and they only take cash. they have an atm that charges $3 to take out money and it only deposits $20s so that was kind of annoying. i didn't say anything at the time because i didn't want to argue or anything but i do love my piercing. john im aware it's cash only but i was told it was going to be $20 so i did not expect it to be $25, that was more the point of my review but ok read more

Its really nice here ive always seen the same two women up front and theyre very friendly and my piercings always been very quick and pierced correctly with both the spot id like it at and angle to be pierced at.
