I was only notified of the cancellation because I called to confirm; there was no proactive outreach from the company. Very little professionalism, accountability, or genuine remorse was shown. Victoria actually reached out to me asking for a review, so I felt it was the right time to be honest. I shared my concerns respectfully and clearly, but she didn't respond until I followed up again. When she did reply, she declined to offer any refund (even a partial one) and instead offered a free touch-up. I no longer felt comfortable returning to her after losing trust in the process, and I expressed that kindly. After telling her that I intended to leave an honest review, she blocked me from all of her social media accounts, which felt unprofessional and silencing. This was a disappointing experience both in terms of the result and how it was handled afterward. I would not recommend this business to anyone considering a cosmetic tattoo, especially one as delicate and permanent as lip blush.
