OH KAY Can I just say this was an amazing experience. I had my bridal make up done here with my mom and sister. All of us had make up done by Carmen. She's an angel as a person and as a make up artist. She was so intentional, listened so well to our various requests and was attentive to my needs WHILE doing my make up. She achieved "the look" I was going for with flying colors. She knew what questions to ask and also offered her expertise. Carmen also did all of this without ever having a bridal trial. My makeup was flawless all day. I never felt like my make up was coming off and my skin stayed matte. My bridal trial included an awesome skin routine and preparation before, lashes, lip, etc. The space is also deceiving!! From the outside I was confused about where to go but once I knocked on the door the inside is so chic and stylish! They truly think of everything. If you want make up done RIGHT, go here. I am so particular about what I like and if I lived in the area I would never get my make up done by anyone else. Also, what a friendly team of people. First and foremost, they are the most chill, laid back, most lovely people to surround yourself with on the day of a wedding -- I'm sure that getting ready can be a stressful part of the day, but it was all smiles and fun for us!!! Carmen and Johnny are makeup gurus. At my makeup trial, Carmen really took her time to show me what she could do, provide her professional opinion on the dos and donts of bridal makeup, and genuinely wanted feedback so that she could give me the best day-of makeup possible. And man, she did NOT disappoint -- she listened to every single thing that I wanted and 1000% nailed my makeup (and I am the most picky when it comes to makeup!!!!). If I do say so myself, I looked FLAWLESS and it lasted for well over 14 hours. Carmen, I salute you!! Also - the Bella Makeup Eyelashes are the bomb!!!! As far as hair is concerned, Yuri is a WIZARD!!!!! I didn't think that it could get better than my trial, but on the day of my wedding my hair was so magical that I am smiling just thinking about it. She worked with my natural, curly texture so perfectly, seamlessly incorporating a zillion hair extensions (that she individually curled!!) to create the most to-die-for fairy princess braid. I danced my rear end off at my wedding, too, and my hair was still insanely gorgeous at the end of the night. Yuri is so sweet and lovely and again, listens to feedback!! Had my daughter's makeup done by Denise for her pre-quince photo shoot session. Denise made us feel so comfortable and her vibe was just great! Oh yeah and the makeup came out amazing! I then followed her on IG and found out she also does body sculpting... so booked her for that. At first I was skeptical about body sculpting and once I had it done I was so shocked by my results! My results were amazing... since then I've booked several sessions with her. LOVE her!!! read more

I would not recommend. I chose hair and makeup for myself for an important event. Their response time is terrible, it caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I needed to change the location of the service or I was going to have to cancel. They charge full price if you cancel after 24 hours and we're pushing it really close to forcing me into cancellation by not answering phones, returning voicemails or texts until the last minute. I had to point this fact out before I finally received a response. The day of, the woman that showed up was late. Get to the hair and makeup. Neither myself or my daughter were happy with results. Mine was so bad I'm actually wondering if the women that came out even had any experience. Unfortunately she took every minute of the time she had left, 4 hours, so there was nothing I could do to fix what had been done. My lashes even fell off shortly after she left. I'm extremely disappointed in the services we received. read more

I just want to start by saying that I am so glad that I met Carmen. I feel like my wedding would have not been the same without her. She bent over backwards to accommodate me, she was punctual, dedicated, upbeat, sweet, and such an amazing artist! She invited me into her home early in the morning and did my make-up trial before she ran off to do a wedding that day. All so I could look amazing for my Bridal Shower. I felt like the prettiest girl at my wedding because of her. My make-up and the make-up of my whole wedding party stayed on all night long. This is through crying on the alter, sweating in the Arizona sun, to sweating it out on the dance floor. We got our make-up done at 8:00 AM in the morning for a 4:00 PM wedding. We partied well into the night and we all crawled into our rooms that night (or should I say morning, lol) and our make-up still looked flawless. No shiny foreheads, or warn off transparent eye shadow that settles into your crease. It looked like we just climbed down from the make-up chair. I wish I didn't wash it off because I am sure I could have worn it another day, lol! The premium lashes she uses didn't feel heavy at all, even though they were HUGE just like I wanted. Her prices are not insane just because it is wedding related. All us Bride's have all had sticker shock when it comes to wedding related items. With Carmen you get what you pay for and more!
