Yes I am very happy with my new hairdresser ...she is very good , kind and considerate and so close to my home . And by the way, she is very reasonable in her pricing . Doesn't price gouge her customers as Teresa did me. Sorry we ended this way. No loyalty to a customer of 6 years. Jude started styling my hair about 10 years ago, and she consistently does an incredible job. I have curly hair (and a lot of it), and I always walk out thrilled with the result. She's also one of the only people I trust to cut my hair. She's able to thin it and add layers and it ends up being perfect. Highly recommend this new salon and the experienced stylists who work here! Update! On my last visit, I asked Jude for rose gold hair. If you're anything like me you spent most of 2018 and 2019 living in a tent outside of Salon'Dshayne waiting for a haircut from the world famous Marissita Bonita....low and behold, she started her own illustrious salon...enter SALON KNOTTI. SCORE. Marissitta, not only gives incredible haircuts but she is also a great listener and truly cares about her clients. There was a time when she even came in from a day off just to cut my hair. Heartwarming. Family woman, entrepreneur, mother, shrink, stylist..what more could one ask for?! So imagine my surprise when I went in a few days ago and somehow got an even better haircut from a Swedish angel by the name of Theresa. Overconfident and feeling entitled by my history with Marissita Bonita I marched in with the swagger of a tall man with a baby light switch and something to prove. Theresa read me like a swedish bedtime story, welcomed me with her warm lovely smile and made me feel like a warm, fat baby spoiled at IKEA. I can not say enough good things about Deborah. She is incredibly talented and thoughtful. If you are looking for a professional to give you an amazing haircut/ style and get/ keep your hair healthy while having an amazing time, she's your girl. I went to see Deb for the first time about two/ three years ago. At the time I hadn't had a hair cut in about a year. My hair was very damaged so I was looking for a professional who would work with me. I knew my hair was damaged and needed a lot of TLC but I wanted to keep it somewhat long and get it healthy. I had been to a few very expensive notable hairdressers that didn't listen to what I wanted and instead chopped off my hair in a very unflattering style. They also didn't have any advice to give me about how to take care of my hair when it came to products or regiment. When I met Deb she truly listened to me and what I wanted. Right away she laid out a plan to get my hair healthy. While she was working, she was consistently checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable with what she was cutting off. When It came to styling she listened to what I wanted but also shared her expertise. When she was done, I felt so beautiful and confident in a way I didn't know was possible (I know that sounds unrealistic but, my hair was so bad as a result of a medical condition and I had previously been told, by a lot of people, that I should just cut it all off and get a wig). This was a huge moment for me. Additionally, she helped me find the right products, within my budget, and come up with a regiment that would help get my hair healthy. I see her consistently and whenever I feel a product is not working or a new hair issue comes up, she always has a solution. She also takes the time to show me some quick, easy beautiful styles I can do at home when I don't have a lot of time. Currently, my hair looks incredible, it's thick and shiny and very healthy, I get compliments on it all the time. I am at the point where I trust her completely. Every time I get a hair cut from her I feel so confident and beautiful. In addition to her amazing skills, she is also one of the most beautiful humans I have ever met (both inside and out). Marissa has been doing my hair for around 4 years and she has never let me down! She does a great job cutting and highlighting my hair and is also so fun and awesome to talk to while she does it! Her new salon is so cute and welcoming and totally chic like she is! The shampoo chairs/bowls are super comfortable - the most comfortable I've ever sat in!I love that this salon is tech savvy too - you can schedule your appointments on Schedulicity and she uses Square for her point-of-sale. Super easy peasy and convenient! If you are in the area, you should definitely look up Marissa and the rest of her crew (Jude and Ashton) for your hair, makeup, and lashes needs! read more

Found Salon Knotti on Yelp and am so happy I did! The salon is so cute and welcoming. The whole staff was very sweet. I showed Teresa a few photos I was liking and explained that my main issue was grays and then asked her to do what she thought was best with the cut and I am so thrilled with the way it came out! She explained some of the process to me as she went along and scheduled my next trim for me right away so I don't even have to worry about that later! And if all this wasn't great enough on it's own, she is great company. So interesting to talk to and so so funny! She's just the greatest and I can't wait to go back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

I decided to give this salon a try after reading other reviews and looking at the pictures on their website - and am so very glad I did! I've been trying to find someone who actually could work with (instead of against) my hair type, and who would also really listen to what I was saying about the hairstyle and color I want. Platinum blonde is tricky when you're a natural light brown, and I've had several stylists swear they can get the color I want - but then they ended up giving me a blonde shade with a yellow (and once a lavender!) undertone. They also wanted to put their own "spin" on the style I asked for, and I haven't been happy with any of the results for quite a while now. Jude is the first stylist in years who got both color & cut exactly right, and on the first try to boot! The salon itself is unpretentious, small & intimate, and the staff/owner are so friendly - it is probably the most comfortable salon environment I have ever been in. read more

The salon itself is simple and beautiful, and easy to get to from the freeway. I have been seeing Teresa for years and won't go anywhere else! This salon is so trendy beautiful! The ladies who work there, give you the prime treatment to make you feel welcome. The scalp massage is wonderful, and my cut made by really experienced hands. I even got special training to blow dry my hair properly so I could have that same look the next day. The stylist also showed me 6 different options of how I could style it to get different looks!
