Prompt responses, arrived on time and worked hard in what I asked them to do. Even helped me assemble furniture when everything had been unloaded from the PODS and I still had time left in my two hour minimum. Would use again. Only reason 4 stars and not 5 is because in the last part of their time, 2 of the 3 guys were essentially doing nothing for 15 minutes while the third assembled a piece of furniture for me, which pushed my time to 5 minutes beyond the 2 hour mark. They ended up charging me an extra 15 minutes of work because of this. Overall can't complain, no damage to my furniture and they worked hard, although wasn't terribly thrilled with the very last bit. read more

Background: I got super lazy and hate deep cleaning, so I let my lanai gather a thick crust of that horrible black city dust. Then those flying rats known as pigeons decided to make a roost of my lanai and crap all over it. I don't have the materials and don't have a car to buy the materials easily to clean it properly myself. Also, I have never in my entire life used a cleaning crew before, cheap country rube that I am. Found Mint Cleaning Solutions, which ended up being the first cleaning company I called that actually would do just my lanai instead of a complete move-out clean only. Rate was good, min 2 hours with a 2-person crew. Sunny was so friendly and patient with me and my silly questions via phone and text, and so flexible with the schedule. I called on a Tuesday and got an appointment on the Friday. She also encouraged me to use up the entire 2 hours by thinking of what else could be cleaned. Crew shows up and goes to work immediately. They were so thorough, you could tell it was just another day for them. Also very respectful of my belongings and my small apartment space. Since it only took a half hour to clean my lanai, I basically had them clean everything that could be cleaned to fill out the 2 hours (bathroom, stove, windows, floors). They even wiped down walls, mirrors, light fixtures and cabinets without me asking. Sunny even called during the appointment and reminded me that they could clean my oven, which I definitely forgot! Basically, my place was so small that I ran out of things for them to clean! I think Sunny and her great crew spoiled me for cleaning companies, and I will not hesitate to recommend Mint Cleaning to others, or to use them in the future. The price is right, the service and attitude are awesome, and I definitely got my money's worth. Seems a silly thing to say, but sometimes something like a clean apartment can be the start of something better in your life, and thanks to Mint Cleaning for helping me and giving me that little nudge forward! read more

I don't normally write reviews but given how stressful moving can be and how easy Mint made it I felt compelled to leave a comment here. I found them on Yelp and messaged them through this site to ask for a quote. They got right back to me with the information and I called the next day to set up the move. Note: You have to leave a deposit when you book them, whick did make me nervous at first (what if they didn't show!) but I had no need to worry. The day before they called to confirm. The day of the move Kent called in advance to say they were on their way and showed up at exactly the time specified (we were the first stop of the day). They worked really hard - and it is August so you know it's hot. They were very careful with every item as they were moving each piece and made sure everything was secure in the truck. It was the easiest move I've ever done (and I've moved more than a dozen times). I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon but if I did I would use Mint. read more

We had such a great experience with Mint Moving and Cleaning Solutions. They were very professional from start to finish. We used them for both moving out of our old residence and had them clean it. The 3 gentleman that helped us move were very polite, considerate and professional. They worked very efficiently but also careful to not damage our belongings. The ladies that cleaned our condo were also very nice and worked extremely hard to get our place move in ready for the next tenants. The condo looked brand new and they even cleaned the lanai! Absolutely the best movers we could've ever asked for. They managed to load much more into our pod container than we thought possible. They must be magicians. Once we realized we had too much and had to put the rest into another storage unit, they quickly pivoted and quoted us a fair price for the change in service. We hired Mint Moving Solutions to help assist in getting our household goods from our condo to a shipping container. When Thomas first came over to do an in-home estimate, he assured me that it would only take 2hrs to load his truck & 15-20min to off load into container & I was so impressed on move day, Thomas & his crew beat his estimated time & accomplished the load in 1 1/2hrs. Then at the shipping container it only took them less than 30min to off load into the 20' container. Talk about speed at its finest!! Thomas & his crew did a fantastic job! They are very professional, very proficient at what they do, very fast, funny, outgoing, & they take good care of your goods! Plus their price is very, very reasonable. I rarely take the time to write reviews but for this company I feel obligated to take the time to write this review. I am a property manager and had a property being vacated September 2nd and new tenants moving in on September 11th. Because of my busy schedule I was not able to do an inspection of the vacated property until 3 days before the new tenants were to move in. I called on a Sunday to schedule an an appointment on a Sunday to get an estimate and schedule cleaning. While I anticipated just leaving a message, Thomas, the owner, promptly called me back and we planned to meet at the property first thing Monday morning. As we walked through the property, he made note of things I had missed. In any event, he gave me a price that I thought was very fair. His cleaning crew showed up on time and did an amazing job. Once they were finished, they contacted me to swing by and check the cleaning. I found a couple of things that they had missed, but they had no problem going back to take care of them. We recently used Mint Moving Solutions. The workmen were efficient and friendly. However, we had a major issue with their billing method. First problem was that they arrived late. Difficult to determine the start time of their job. After completion of the job, our family member at the job site calls us and says they need to be paid by charge card, and that the clock was running until the bill was paid on line with a charge card. This was not explained to us before the job was completed and since we could not establish a start time, could not argue. Additional work time was definitely added because the payer was off site and the clock continued to run while we were located. If you plan to use this company, establish how they charge ahead of time, establish the start time and be prepared to pay immediately. read more

Absolutely amazing job by a friendly family on my move out clean. They spent over three hours cleaning the house and it turned out beautiful. They first have to send out an employee to give you a quote, then you'll schedule your appointment. If I could give more stars I would. Dante spent over 6 hours cleaning my house from top to bottom. I didn't even have to be there to watch him. I gave him a checklist of what was required to move out and he cleaned that, and then some. The price was the best I could find and it was cheaper then the housing office cleaning it. I live on wheeler and he was able to access post so I recommend him to all of my brothers and sisters that needs a good solid top to bottom cleaning. I will never use another cleaning company. I called after a no-show (from a different company, of course!) for immediate cleaning for move out. Apologies were given for the situation and cleaning scheduled for 7:00AM the next morning (Saturday!) I met at the apartment, did the walk through, and was given an approximate time to be expected for finishing. They were finished in NO TIME and it was spotless! We decided to use Mint even though when we booked them, there were only 5 reviews. 5, five star reviews, however, and today as I write this, there are six, and mine makes seven. They deserve all of these 5 star reviews. Thomas was there immediately answering the phone from the initial inquiry/quote, to anytime I had a question, to the day of the move, to coming back and removing all the packing materials and boxes. These guys are pros, and when there was a slight hiccup (and when have you moved when there hasn't been one?), Thomas dealt with the issue and the move continued without further problems. We also used a few of their other services, including furniture/mattress removal, and end of lease Apartment Clean Out. That also was a pro job, and they got our very messy, dirty, and doggy apartment back into such good shape that our landlord didn't ding us on our security deposit. So we are military and have had many experiences with moving companies. Also I rarely leave reviews unless the service is amazing or horrible. So we moved from Honolulu to Ewa Beach and called at least 5 moving companies for quotes. Some quotes were crazy but Mint Moving Solutions responded quickly and then came out for a quote which was very affordable and the lowest quote I had received. Today the owner came, packed us up and moved us in great time. While unloading they discovered that our tv had damage to the corner and they stated that they would correct it. We understand life happens and they were gonna take care of it so we had no worries. Not even an hour later we got a phone call saying that they were looking and if able, they would have a tv for us tonight. They ended up locating it and the owners brought it down to us.
