Embroidery Creations wasted months of my time, on a custom project. We started discussing it…read more27Nov2024 with an agreement to start the project after Christmas. So I bought two coats, had them disassembled so they could be embroidered and after Christmas, on 16Jan2025 they decided to raise their prices. They would not send a new quote for the project and never responded to email. I am now out 750.00 in two jackets that need to be assembled. Lousy business practice. I'd find someone else who honors their word.
