So I bought two coats, had them disassembled so they could be embroidered and after Christmas, on 16Jan2025 they decided to raise their prices. They would not send a new quote for the project and never responded to email. I am now out 750.00 in two jackets that need to be assembled. Lousy business practice. I'd find someone else who honors their word.

I called 5 places in the area and every place said that it would take 10-15 days no exceptions due to the technical and material aspect. Chris at Emulsion Printhouse was a life saver. As soon as he answered the phone it was a positive and attractive conversation. He informed me that they're production warehouse is in CT but if I overnighted the shirt he would get it done within a couple hours and overnight it back to me as I need it today, Friday, which it just arrived. (Thanks so much Chris)!!!!!! They usually ship back ground UPS but as this is for my boss I sent him a return express UPS label and he took care of the rest. I can't believe he was so easy going and efficient and all the other competitors wouldn't take one this project at all.
