In my opinion, they put up with a lot of crap from people and still maintain their professionalism. They are such a great crew that make the gym such a positive and fun place to be. Their infectious personalities are a joy to be around. They are a huge asset to Planet Fitness. You don't find employees like this around much anymore. Love you guys in Mint Hill! The membership I pay for has free tanning. The only time I can take advantage of this is during the weekends, which I have been unable to do. I am not trying to be a pain in the neck. I just what whaI pay for and expect a clean establishment. Update... I pay the premium contract for tanning but the only time I can take advantage of it is during the weekends. Unfortunately they do not have staff during then. (See pic). Normally when there is no one on staff you have to use a QR reader to access entry. What they've resorted to is keeping the doors unlocked the entire time. Anybody can walk in and do whatever they want - not safe. I had a couple walk-in and approached me when I was working out and ask if there was anybody on staff... and there wasn't. Since there is not staff there is no cleaning. (See pics).

Total Being Yoga studio proved to be all that and more! My GPS took me in the wrong direction and I missed my scheduled class. I called the studio and the owner, Mian, was so friendly and accommodating. I was immediately offered another class session that fit my schedule. Upon arriving at the studio, I was graciously given a swag "Total Being Yoga" baseball cap for my troubles. Southern Hospitality at it's finest, with a wonderful yoga experience!
