The front office staff and manager helped me tremendously after my visit and I'm extremely grateful for them. I'm looking for another dermatology office now. The person who I talked to the first time on the phone was not the manager. The actual manager called me back and had seen the photos from the previous review. He apologized over and over and asked that I come back to have them fixed. When I returned to the salon, I was seated immediately and they got to work. The manager came and spoke with me in person and said that the first man who did my pedicure unfortunately lied during his interview and had said that he had worked in a salon for 6 years, in reality it had only been 2 days and I was one of his first clients. They were so nice and apologetic and gave me a $15 gift card for me or someone else to use towards my next visit. Thank you so much for acknowledging the mistake and fixing it. As if it never happened. Lashes are okay, not great but I can live with them. As for the brows... horrible. I then went in for a micro needling service hours later, it went good & pain was 4/10. Wasn't that red after too. I felt great afterwards. They don't let you choose the serum or ask about your skin concerns. Randomly use whatever they use for everyone. Felt like it was surface level though. Like I could've done the same at home for $230 but do it 40 different times (cause I'd have so much product) I feel like it was sort of a waste of money. Cheap though, you get what you pay for I guess. But as far as the lamination ... horrible. Kind of disappointed.

I have no complaints about them as they are all extremely friendly. I just have one observation: the number of shots you need might be off. The girl told me I needed a certain amount ( I wanted to be fine for an upcoming trip, yet when the two weeks passed, I saw I still had lines between my eyebrows, while 2 years ago I could not frown even if I tried. I went back, and she applied two other shots for me for free, but it wasn't enough. I don't know if it's a lack of experience on the technician, but I am a little bit sadabout that. During my trip, I still have my 11 or whatever is called to those lines when you frown. Yes, it's cheaper, but it doesn't totally do the job. I hope they work on that and improve because they are very nice people.
