Sure she recommended serum and I bought it, but what grew back, she destroyed. I did my research and sure enough it is highly recommended NOT to have group lashes glued to your lashes. I stopped going and waited 6 months before I had something for a true professional like Sexy Lexie Lashes to work with. I still have bald spots even after 6 months, but they are growing back. I just say "Buyer Beware!" Unfortunately single lashes is not what fell out, so I strongly disagree.

Appointment was made with Missy but the day before the appointment it was changed to Tamara without any notification. I'm used to my stylist calling me first just to make sure I feel comfortable with another person styling my hair. The front desk was courteous and professional. Tamara, my stylist was very professional and took good care of me. Took about 6 inches off my hair per my request. My first reaction was too much hair product because my hair felt sticky and I didn't like the way my hair was styled. I normally put a beach wave using a flat iron and light hairspray. I came home brushed out the product and restyled. Overall, the cut isn't bad and the service was professional.
