I had the pleasure of getting the new carbon facial last Friday afternoon. I was greeted by the reception with a smile and welcoming greeting. I had the pleasure of esthetician Donna. She walked me thru the process explained each step by step and then asked how I felt during the whole process. Which I was very comfortable and excited for the outcome. I have had facial done monthly for the past 3 years and this was process was completely different. Right away I could feel my skin tighten and smoother. Next day my skin was absolutely beautiful anywhere were I had any dryness was not there. My uneven skin tones were evened out and the facial was around 45 minutes. I am amazed with the customer service I get from this place! just started going to Beauty Secrets Collective and I was referred by my cousin who has been going here for quite some time now. My very first lash appointment didn't go very well with Madyson but I texted them about my concerns and Brittany responded to me and made sure I was taken cared of. They were very understanding of the situation and offered me to come back to redo my lashes. Alyssa was the one who fixed my lashes and made sure that I am satisfied with it. All of the times I went to my appointments I was always taken back 10-15 minutes later than my appointment time and I made a comment about it and still nothing seemed to change. I don't have 2.5 hours to go get a facial on my lunch hour I have 1.5 so it's important I am taken back at the correct time. I started looking around at other Med Spas that have licensed employees and found a place right down the street from me that offers a plethora of services for 30-50% cheaper than what i was spending here so I'm mad at myself for staying somewhere unhappy and overspending. The person that did my facials would leave their door open and talk to other employees in the room while I was lying there on the bed trying to relax. And she would clean her bowls and bang around and make all this noise when I'm supposed to be relaxing. Not very calming when someone is basically doing dishes during your facial and carrying on conversations with other employees inside the room I'm in. These aren't my only complaints and hiccups with the employees here either. Definitely don't feel I got my money's worth from this place and Won't be back read more

This is the west valley's best kept secret. Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful. The technicians explain everything in detail so you know what to expect during your treatments and for care after. Scheduling an appointment online is easy to do and I can usually get in fairly quickly. Them being open six days a week definitely helps with that! I would recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance if you have a tight schedule or have a specific technician you prefer. I've heard several of the ladies talking about furthering their training with additional classes specific to areas of interest. They seem to like who they work for, which translates to their positive attitudes and atmosphere. Everything is welcoming inside and more importantly clean. I saw Donna for a facial and dermaplane a couple of days ago and it was such an amazing experience! I am in my mid 30s and have suffered from terrible skin as long as I can remember, acne and psoriasis being the biggest culprits. While my acne and breakouts have greatly subsided the last year or so, my skin still suffers from scaring, poor texture, enlarged pores and excessive oil production day and night. I've had a handful of facials in the last 5-6 years but none of the estheticians have have provided the knowledge that Donna has. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I am so happy I found them on yelp for a spray tan. Went in was treated right away. Spray tan came out amazing and stayed through my whole trip in Mexico. It was super natural and bronze looking, not at all orange or flaky like some turn out. After checking out I saw that they were now doing Juvederm. I have been looking for a place to get it done the last 3 days before my trip to Mexico but everyone that had good enough reviews for me to let touch my lips was fully booked. I came in to get my eyes brows waxed for the first time in 3 years, and tinted for the first time ever. The staff was down one, but they were still very efficient with checking me in on time. The whole salon is very clean and comfortable. Every staff member had a smile on their face. My brow waxed took time to ask what I liked/dislikes about my brows, and what look I was going for. Donna did a lash lift & tint for me. She was polite, but did not seem open to me asking questions about the process. Immediately afterwards, I felt like my lashes were too curled and were poking my upper eyelids - to the point where I couldn't open my eyes fully. I called and they were nice and fit me in the next day to fix it. But unfortunately it didn't work. My lashes are still too curled and uncomfortable. They're also now kinked and clumped, probably from undergoing back-to-back treatments. I didn't want to risk going back again, so I'm just waiting for it to wear off. Would not recommend read more
