Well, he did not help me one bit as promised, he never talked to them, as I had to go somewhere else and pay them too to help me. He refused to give me my money back or any portion of it as I only had a very brief phone call with him maybe 3 minutes to be exact. Not worth $750.00 for 3 minutes of anyone's time. He wouldn't even give me an itemized statement of my money and where and what is what used for I gave him. He gave me no records of my file and what was done. Ya'll need to run somewhere else right now. I feel he took big time advantage of me I'm a retiree senior citizen living on a senior budget and he knew it too. Very surprising to me he could treat me or anyone like this. My opinion he doesn't deserve your business and it's all about the money, well, he'll never get mine or my family & friends and hopefully your's ever again. However, when we showed up for our scheduled appt (after setting up through the website AND receiving confirmations and reminders the day of), we found the business closed and phone not working. I called to get a quote for my taxes and an amendment. I was very specific in what my situation was…read moreand was told that the preparation would be no more than $250.00. I made an appointment(the first of which Brenda cancelled so she could go on vacation) and dropped off my taxes. A week later I called to see if my taxes were done. They said I could pick them up the following day so I asked how much it would be so that I could have a check ready. I was told it would be $520.00 for the regular taxes not including the amendment. I asked to speak wiht Brenda and explained that I was quoted $250 and gave her the name of ther person that gave me the qote and that the person that gave me the quote told me specifically that they were putting the quote in the computer at the time I made the appointment. Brenda offered to drop the charge for the ammendment. I was still not happy because I was paying over double what I was quoted. My husband picked up the taxes and paid for them, however, I have sent Brenda several emails asking for her to follow up with me regarding the quote and she will not respond. I then had a friend call and get a quote for a similar filing situation and that person was also quoted between $200 and $300. This is a classic case of bait and switch. Do not use her services.
