I have been getting my parents and my wife's prescriptions from this location for years. I have to say we all have noticed a shift in the way this pharmacy has been operated lately and we appreciate it. I am not one to write a review, like ever, but reading through these negative reviews I felt obligated to do so. My parents are middle eastern and my wife is African American. Not one single time anyone in that pharmacy treated us with anything less than respect and compassion. The racist comments are absolutely a copout and quite frankly rhetoric and disgusted approach. There have been one attempt in particular of which Ive personally witnessed a customer flipped her $$$$ and literally threatened everyone behind the counter (complete craziness) staff handled her with a lot more grace than I would. The man named Isiah who works in pharmacy needs a refresher in customer service. He gave. E the wrong prescription and also the wrong amount. He was surly, condescending, and argumentative and rude. CVS is currently advertising they do international Covid-19 testing which should be complete within 1-2 days before individuals get on their international flight. CVS charges people $129 to do this test, but the Covid-19 results do not come back for 6 days. Customers are then referred to the MinuteClinic to get a refund, but MinuteClinic staff state there is no guarantee when Covid-19 test results will be back. I have tried to call two CVS corporate office customer support numbers to report this issue and to get a refund, but when you choose the option for customer support, they hang up on you. In short, CVS is committing consumer fraud. They are charging people for international Covid-19 tests when they know the test results will not be returned within 1-2 days. read more

I had a horrible experience in this store. The Pharmacist who said she was Dr. Taylor sounds like the blond Pharmacist referred to in some of the complaints I read. Especially those that point to racist attitudes as a possible motive for the rude treatment. It certainly is something wrong and I agree that she needs additional training. This woman was so rude that she ordered me to go to Walgreens and when I told her she could not tell me where to go, she said "Watch Me" in a loud voice and slammed the drive thru window shut. It was drama through-out and I will never go back. I am filing a formal complaint with the TN Board of Pharmacy because nobody deserves to be treated with that type of disdain! read more

I don't think I've ever been to a worse pharmacy. The employees are rude, the pharmacist is an arrogant rude jerk, and anytime I called the pharmacy, I would sit on hold for 15 or more minutes before I'd just hang up. Always out of my BP medications, which is not good at all. I called the Trinity Kroger pharmacy and had everything moved to them. They were very nice on the phone, and I called a couple hours later and asked if my Rx's have been transferred, and she was very polite and said she will filling my Rx's right then. She even knew who I was without me telling her my name. Great customer service at Kroger. Should have transferred everything from CVS a long time ago! read more

Shame on CVS! You put one employee in the pharmacy on a Sunday night before a holiday! That employee is a pharmacist trying to do it all...fill presciptions, wait on customers, wait on drive through window, etc. What has happen to customer service, quality care??? Terrible customer service. I don't know why we keep going back there.... today was the last time. We pulled up to the drive through to pick up a prescription (injection that requires refrigeration). When the tech handed it out, the box was completely saturated. She said, "the box got a little wet from water in the fridge but it's fine." It wasn't fine, the box was completely soaked and she then proceeded to crumple up the paperwork before handing it out to us. She was extremely rude - even before we told her that we didn't want the soaked box and it wasn't ok. That seemed to piss her off even more. We asked her name.... she said "Delsina." Not sure if that's really her name but she was the straw that broke the camel's back for us. Save your time - go somewhere else! read more

24 hrs posted but at 10pm the employee steps outside looks around briefly goes inside and locks door. you can see her thru door sitting down just going thru her purse. i go bk to car ph # only goes to pharmacy. 20 mins later several other customers come bang on door employee finally comes 2 ladies enter and she locks door again. myself and 2 other people that were sitting in car rush to locked door. employee puts her finger up like wait and walks away no communication. strange customer service. we just decided to leave. read more

I am currently at cvs picking up a medicine that my wife needed because she is full term with nausea. I spoke to a woman named Donna in Pharmacy (short, red hair). I said to her I'm here to pick up for my wife (insert name) she replied I just hung up the phone with her doctor and I'm working on it. I said does it matter if she is 39 weeks pregnant? She replied, does it matter that there is 10 people ahead of you and I only have two hands (then she started waving her hands to show me that show only had two of them and smiling at me very smugly then ignored me and asked for the next customer). This is appalling customer service and will not longer use this store. She should be fired for being so unprofessional. read more

Would NOT recommend. The service is horrible. My doctor called in an antibiotic at 11 am that morning, they said they said it was never called in. Then at 4pm, CVS called and said they had it, she said they hadn't checked their messages all day and it had been called in. They have prescriptions in piles on the floor and all over the pharmacy, and they have to look through piles of scripts to find them. read more

I had came in there on a Friday night recently and picked up my prescription. Time was efficient. I didn't have to wait which was nice. The pharmacist was pretty friendly assisting me.. I've browse somemore afterwards and when I was ready to checkout, there was a lady standing there, wish I got her name but she probably wasn't wearing a nametag, just rudely started staring at me like I was about to steal something..! She didn't have to say anything or did anything. The issue was she was she intentionally just stood there & didn't say hi or budge in asking if I needed help. I knew she was racist. When I self checkout my items, normally I'll receive coupons because I'm a regular, & for me to ask her a simple questionz, she gave me an attitude & said, "You're coupons must have expired" & without even having to bother checking for me. I used the apps many time & majority of coming into any cvs, I get help everywhere I go. Im not the type if person to complain because I couldn't grt extra percentage off..Main problem was she doesn't deserve to be on the clock & get paid if she couldn't do a dang thing!! smh I've decided I'm not coming back ever again. read more

Woah I should have read these comments before seeking help from this pharmacy. They were on whole other level of rude. I called because I was exhibiting some weird symptoms from a new medicine and I wanted to ask how to dilute these symptoms while the medicine was still in my system. In the middle of speaking, the male pharmacist (named Isaiah) cut me off to tell me I wasn't making any sense and that he wasn't "understanding a word" of what I was saying. He even said that it's probably because of my accent (I don't have one and ironically he had a thick Southern one). Even still, it was verrry degrading. While I don't have an accent, my parents do and I seriously can't even begin to think how he treats people like them. His tone was very...dehumanizing. It made me feel awful. read more

Ok, I should have read the reviews before scheduling a COVID test at this location. Things make a lot more sense now. I scheduled an appointment online for Friday, 10/16, at 12:20. I received an email with detailed instructions to follow the signs, and not to enter the store unless instructed to do so. I arrived about 10 minutes early, and followed the signs to get in the left lane of the drive through. There were 6 cars ahead of me. About 30 minutes passed before the first car in line moved. The second car was about another 20 minutes. At that point, the cars in front of me started pulling through. When I got to the window, I was asked if I was there for COVID testing. After confirming that I was, the voice from the speaker said "You're going to have to come back at 2:00 when the nurse practitioner returns,". The short story is that I waited an hour for a scheduled appointment and was told to come back later. There was no visible person, only a voice coming through a speaker. I called and asked to speak to the manager, and was told Courtney was out and not returning until Halloween. I tried several times to reach the district manager, Lindsey, to no avail. Sadly, this is a common level of customer service for a lot of places now. I understand things happen. The nurse practitioner could have had an emergency or felt unwell. I suspect that it was more like she took her lunch break. Understandable as well, but plan better. And, when you tell people after they've waited an hour to come back later, at least apologize. read more

AVOID THIS PHARMACY IF POSSIBLE. This is one of the most poorly managed pharmacies I have ever been in. Very frustrating to do business with. The employees are rude, service is extremely slow, consistently way understaffed even during busy times. While waiting in line, the phone repeatedly announced 5 calls on hold that the employees are ignoring. 10 cars in the drive through and only one person working. Prescriptions not ready even after email notification that they would be. Find another location or another pharmacy. read more

The pharmacy rarely is able to use the app for scanning the prescription pickup. The wait lines have become terribly long...currently 30 minutes in li e and still waiting. I am saddened. I like CVS. Still, 5 and 6 cars in line and 30+ minute wait times are not acceptable. I hope CVS will begin to use the app for scanning the prescription and protecting customers from yelling out birthdays, addresses, and full names. I hope the pharmacy will understand that not all patients can wait. read more
