I said No I'm not going to a hospital I'm not that sick just have gas and upset stomach. She told me I could treat that over the counter. I needed Bloodwork and sonogram and what hospital do you want to go to? I said No I'm not going anywhere but back to my BMW! I was made to sign a waiver refusing transport to hospital. Yeah she's one of the best Dr's I ever seen and wouldn't go back there if you paid me Stay away from this Dr I don't know where she got her license or if she has one. Seriously go to Market Commons location my husband says that location is better. The next day the Dr office called me to ask how I was feeling? Didn't bother to answer-talked with my sister in law who is a nurse in Dallas, and told me what to do. Feeling much better. This Dr doesn't need to continue to practice She doesn't know what she is doing!! Save Yourself the money go somewhere else! Also reporting this to BBB & Medical Association.

Thought at-home wound care was okay that evening but the next morning another review of the wound made me feel like I needed urgent medical attention. We did not find this business listed on google. Just happened to see the sign riding out of Cherry Grove. We were there just before they opened, but they came to the door and told us to come in! I was treated with dignity and professionalism with a side of needed humor. A little numbing cream, 5 stitches and a total of an hour spent in the office was a God Send!!! They called in an antibiotic for me right up the block. We even had time to stop and enjoy a nice breakfast out. If you visit this area often and have kids or clumsy friends, make sure you note this place just in case.

After visiting this urgent care 100% understand why. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. I had no anxiety in the office whatsoever, the receptionist was very open to answering any questions I had and very patient with me. Along with the nurses assistant walking me through everything, and the nurse practitioner was very adamant about finding a solution to my problem. Which made me feel a lot of relief about the experience. This is one of the best urgent cares I've been to in my lifetime. I would recommend this experience to anyone if needed, of course.

Took my two sons there today and not only was I not impressed but we left worse off than when we…read morecame in. My oldest son left screaming and crying about his ear, which he was not complaining about when we went in. On the way home it was so bad we pulled over to call them thinking they are going to say bring him back in and let us take a look or make sure, but no they were dismissive and didn't even offer that. In my opinion the PA was too rough or went too deep in his ear. At minimum they could have offered to take a look after paying a copay that we are never charged at other clinics, but now it looks like it will end up being an ER trip. In the future we will avoid this place like the plague and I suggest you do the same. I guess the next step will be filing complaints with state boards and other sites where these people fish for reviews.

Writing this review as a patient visitor. My dad recently had surgery here. GSMC is a big hospital…read morethat offers lots of heathcare services like an emergency room, a Cardio unit, and more! They also have a cafeteria. It is located off of Highway 17 and is easy to get to. As far as parking goes, they do have a big lot, and also a vallet if needed. I visited twice, and entered via the south entrance. Here they also checked us in, asked for Id, took our photo and was given a vistors pass. Both times i visited (one on 7/30/26 and another on 8/02/2026) The security person at check in was very nice. I was also with someone and knew where to go, but the security person also provides directions. Only quam is that it is chilly in hospitals, and highly recommend to bring a Jacket or something. Also, i'm surprised that there is no map of the hospital around- if i was by myself, and perhaps bad at directions, I feel that I would get lost in there! Anyways, found my dad's room in the cardio unit okay. Another thing is that there is only 2 chairs in the room, and if people want to stay long there should be another chair of some sort. At the visit of 7/30, someone needed to stand because we were 3 people. Oh, and met the surgeon and the nurse and everyone was nice. The nurse was also nice because it was time to remove some tubes that were in my dad, and she was explaining what she was doing and had a calming demeanor. Glad to see- although sort of wish I didn't have to see that because my dad said ow when the tube was out. Some people don't like seeing their family members in pain like that. Anyways. Oh and used the restroom on the south strand side, and it was a single stall! Clean but of course there was a line to the womens room for the single stall. Wasn't on the main entrance side, but hope the main entrance has more restroom stalls! This is my review as a visitor, and it was easy visiting this place.

I literally didn't sleep but 3 broken hours and I am a 7-8 hour sleeper This is so bad when you are already compromised. The CEO needs to give up some of that money for decent beds.
