No bullshit she handled business but most Dr.'s these days are what i like to call Rx happy and that means they like to write scripts and send patients packing. This is how they get patients in and out but most of the time the drugs they are prescribing arent the right drugs because they didnt spend enough time asking the right kind of questions to get to the real diagnosis and then youre back in the office again before you know it with worse side effects than what you originally came down with. Silliness. Dr. Claire knew what she was doing I could sense she cared and i wasn't just a random number patient she had seen over the Thanksgiving holiday. She didnt just send me packing with drugs she administered breathing treatments (plural). She checked my vitals in between and sent me home feeling 10,000% better with the right medications for follow up care and she told me the right way to administer and made sure i knew what each med was going to do for me to get well again. I was so exhausted from trying to breathe normal for 4 days and now I'm breeyhing again and im ready for a nap and I know it'll be the best sleep ive had in a weeks time thanks to dr. This purchase and their buying Cigna's East valley EverNorth Care locations allowed them to expand their operations from the West Valley and Scottsdale into the East valley. For me as a Cigna patient for four decades it has turned out to be a great healthcare benefit. Facility 5/5 HonorHealth has made some branding changes since my last visit a few years ago but my exposure to the hospital has been limited to the ER during this visit. Office5/5+ The ER was well staffed during the day shift and my wait time was significantly less that the Banner Baywood I normally utilized. Service 5/5+ After intake Triage, I was moved to an individual room within the ER department. Typical as shown in the picture. After pulling my records directly from my HonorHealth superstition springs PCPs office, the ER Physician ordered a number of tests both labs and CT. A team of ER technicians and nurses came in to do their part of my care. I was extremely impressed with their bedside manner and professionalism. I was regularly updated on status and provided hydration throughout. Overall experience 5/5++ I was extremely impressed with how HonorHealth's ER managed my treatment and visit. I added that I'd lost 80% of my right ear hearing due to an ear infection in the late 1990s.. I told her that Dr. Spivery, under whom I assume Ms, Berger works, had written a muscle relaxer for me. There are always bumps along the way & you might even interact with a few people with little to no bedside manner & some may seem like they aren't listening. It's up to us to decide if they are important enough to complain about, because sometimes they aren't worth the time. Overall, my experience with 99.5% of the staff at Banner Baywood was great! They listened, they responded & I was treated appropriately.
