And he walked out. They gave me release paperwork and crutches and I left with my leg still locked. My knee is now 10x worse from him trying to pull it . I am calling a lawyer . I went somewhere else and they read it within one minute standing at the front desk. For free!! They were extremely polite and went out of their way to help. Almost 45 days later, we are still waiting for Walgreen's Billing Analysts to review the charges and the Aetna EOBs we submitted showing that this should have been covered 100%. Walgreen's continues to give us the run-around hoping we will just go away so that they can keep the $160 that they charged us. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNETHICAL PRACTICES
