After days of feeling icky I decided to walk in to get checked out since my dr had no availability…read more I did not make an appointment and was seen within about 20-25 mins after signing in. Dr Olivia Dennis was absolutely fantastic and very thorough. She took her time to ensure all my concerns and symptoms were addressed and ensured my medication was sent to the pharmacy before I left. The staff behind the doors were amazing , I think the receptionist at check in may need a gallon of happy juice as they are not the friendliest but maybe it was a rough start to their day. Either way I'm pleased overall with the care I received.

Unbeknownst to us my mom had a herniated disk that was causing her EXTREME discomfort. She came in on the ambulance and as soon as they wheeled her in the rude comments and obnoxious laughter erupted. The nurses found it extremely funny that she couldn't walk and completely dismissed her pain. They gave her some ibuprofen and essentially kicked her out after the doctor came in. The staff couldn't even grab a wheelchair for us instead they told me where they were and told me to go grab one. Fortunately I was able but this doesn't dismiss the fact that the nurses were so cruel and sick. I couldn't imagine laughing at anyone in pain and treating them as if they were the biggest burden on earth. I hope one day they find empathy in their hearts, because truly no nurse should be acting the way they were. I hope the entire staff gets investigated and gets some sort of empathy training.Truly sick individuals.Seek help!!!

After x-rays and other tests, the Dr. on duty said I needed to go to the ER. I had pneumonia (fluid in both lungs) and substantial fluid around my heart. The hospital agreed, and I was sent for surgery. I'm still recovering at home, but I know without a doubt that Carespot saved my life. The Dr. even called me within a few days to make sure I was on the mend. What an excellent staff and caring doctors. I don't think it gets any better than this. THANK YOU!

When I walked in, the receptionist rudely yelled, "Do you have an appointment?!" with no greeting or professionalism. She continued to be rude, harsh, and spoke very loudly while attending me, which made the experience even worse. The office wasn't busy, yet there were still three of us waiting while staff chatted instead of working. When I was finally called back, the nurse addressed me only by my last name with no greeting, which felt cold and unprofessional. The one positive was that the nurse practitioner who saw me was nice and welcoming, but the process overall could have been much more efficient. Front desk and nursing staff set the tone for a visit, and in this case it was negative enough to make me consider going elsewhere.
