With all the other er options within a 5 minute drive go somewhere else. Spent over 5 hrs here…read moretoday and would have been 6 if we would have waited on the front desk. Upon leaving every room we passed was empty a patient was waiting at the front desk just to check in and seemed like he had been there a while.... Wouldn't provide records of visit said we had to go to the main office for that. Front desk people around 5pm were cussing getting loud and acting unprofessional go somewhere else.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Very shortly after that the Triage Nurse called me in and my vitals were taken, then I was asked to have a seat in the waiting room because they were full. I went back to the waiting room at 8:50pm at which time I was taken back to a "FAST TRAK" room. Trust me......that was no "FAST TRAK". I could hear the doctor in other rooms but by 10pm when no one even bothered to check in on me, I left. I even asked the nurses if the door I was pointing to was the way out and they responded yes. I was checked in-YES I was triaged-YES I was NEVER treated medically by a nurse or doctor!!! I am still having issues and will seek medical care elsewhere due to the treatment I received at this location. And.....I don't expect to receive a bill for treatment I NEVER received. I went to that location because I have had stellar service there previously. I'm not sure what has happened to make this experience so BAD. It is BROKE and they desperately need to FIX IT !!! WHAT THE HECK IS URGENT ABOUT A 3.5 HOUR WAIT !!! TAKE NOTE.................DO BETTER !!!

The front desk staff and office manager are very unprofessional. I called and was talked to very…read moredisrespectfully, was told I had a $25 debt that insurance didn't cover and needed to pay it or they would not call my prescription in. I tried explaining that I had two insurances during that time and shouldn't have a copay due/never have. They refused to even listen to me or give me a chance to speak. Advised them that it was not about the $25 it was just about the fact that insurance should have paid it and that I would call and straighten it out with insurance. The office manager continuously yelled at me over the phone and would not let me even speak. I went to the office to try and pay my $25 bill and was told to have a seat and they immediately alerted the office manager that I was there and she came out of the back screaming at me (in front of patients) telling me to leave because I asked to speak with Dr. Flurry regarding their complete and utter disrespect. They refused to tell him I wanted to talk to him and threatened to call the cops and said I was trespassing. I asked if they would at least let me pay my bill and then I would gladly leave, and I was told to "mail a check in". The office manager had the secretary call the cops on me and she described to the officer what I was wearing and what I looked like. She also made it seem like I was threatening her and/or patients and ushered all of the patients in the waiting room to the back of the building, as if I wasn't sitting in a chair because they told me to "have a seat". The office manager threw some choice words out and they were given back to her. As I was walking away and leaving like they asked, I was told "At least I make more money than you" by the office manager, I assume because I was wearing scrubs. I stated that I was a nurse and didn't work in an office, and I did not care what she made. Not sure why that was relevant? Maybe to make herself feel better. The lack of accountability that Dr. Flurry holds his staff to is disgusting, and I hope I can save any one else from having to deal with this disaster of a place. The office manager also submitted an "anonymous" complaint to my PLACE OF WORK telling them that I acted disrespectful in my uniform and said she is shocked that my employer would have this type of nurse working for their company. She also used my patient information to make this complaint. Update: I called my secondary insurance and they never even billed them- which is why I "owed" the $25 that my secondary insurance should/would have paid. I also got a letter in the mail stating that they sold my $25 "debt" to a debt collector. This place is a joke. They are the reason they did not get paid, but they do not make mistakes, or so they seem to think.

I was given a Corvid test put in a room to wait for results and to be seen by the doctor. The lady doctor said I did have Corvid and I would need to stay home for five days and use over the counter medication. I would have gotten medication for these systems I was experiencing in the past, but because I had Corvid I should go home and fight it on my own. Sacred Hearts protocol seems to be more important to some doctors than treating the sick. I asked this doctor if she prescribed Ivermectin and that answer was no. My Grandson and my Son's mother in law and several others were treated with Ivermectin and recover in a few days. I went home and called Pro Health Medical Clinic in Pensacola and was given the help I needed. I picked up the Ivermectin and three other drugs to help me get over the Corvid. After five days with fever, chills, body aches and upset stomach I am into day two taking the medications and my temperature is normal this morning and I am feeling better. Thank you Pro Health Medical Clinic. I will never again use Sacred Heart Urgent Care Center in Pace.
