We went elsewhere when the pharmacy there could not fulfill the medicine prescribed and they had concerns as to what was. We chose to ride it out after this. However, great and convenient location, but in my experience not a top choice.

I can confidently say I will never go to one again. The doctors are nice, sure, but so incredibly unhelpful that it is such a bad look on Saint Luke's as a corporation. I went to the urgent care for a persistent what I thought was a UTI, the test came back negative and the only thing they mentioned it could be was IC (a condition of the bladder they said I would have to live with for the rest of my life). IT WAS A KIDNEY STONE THE SIZE OF A RAISIN THAT THEY NEVER MENTIONED WAS AN OPTION. Again with ear infections they have proved to be so unhelpful... providing me with Amoxicillin which I told them doesn't work unless I have Prednisone with it. Nah, they have just said (under 5 days of seeing them originally btw) come back to see us. I'm not wasting any more money on you, are you crazy? For you to not even give me the medication I need. Moral of the story, don't give Saint Luke's Convenient Care of any kind any business. They won't help you. Go to any other urgent care and get treated and respected.

The first time it was because I was having trouble breathing and he gave me amoxicillin. I was under the impression he had sent a steroid along with it. No, he was calling amoxicillin a steroid. That is an antibiotic. So with this most recent visit i was concerned he wouldn't find the issue. He noted there was a sign of infection when I came in on a Saturday but said he wouldn't prescribe anything until results came in on Monday. They didn't come in until i was on my way to the emergency room on Tuesday afternoon. My results from the ER was a kidney infection caused by a UTI being left untreated. Every-time I have given a sample at this location. It is contaminated and the results came back the same. This tells me that contamination is happening at the location or in route to testing. They are the ONLY ones that keep getting contaminated samples.

Is that not the requirement? I even offered to quit, take a drug test after three weeks, and come back. They denied that too. All because Dr Guevara over there is scared of his license being put in jeaprody. You want your patients to tell you guys the truth, yet when they do, it's thrown back in your face. Even Dr Brockmeyer treated me like a 10 year old child. Absolutely rage inducing. Never ever recommending. My whole family is no longer in his patient base.

I thought the new doctor Katzfy was approachable and nice to talk to, and I am new to the healthcare system in the United States. Imagine my surprise when I get a 671.00 bill. The reception, billing staff, and even the nursing seemed completely nonchalant about the exorbitant fees. I gained sympathy only from my insurance when they acknowledged that the fees they charged were completely abnormal for a first time patient visit. I cannot recommend this place, nor the doctor I visited anymore because I cannot trust them.

She was early to her appointment and all paper work was filled Out in advance. The staff person came out looked at my daughter and said that she was going to lunch and that she might be back by 3pm. She told her to schedule for a different day to make sure she was seen. No ma'am do your job and see my sick child who had an appointment. She wasn't a walk in. This will be the last time I ever use this location. Avoid at all possible costs.

Not the clinician's fault at all. She was very kind.... just horrid / insufficient systems. There were appointments available at a nearby CVS, but i bypassed it because i had another script to pick up at this one. Fix your system.... if your waitlist is unreliable, don't offer it up to customers. They are trying to allow for overbooking to account for no-shows..... complete bozos
