I commend MMP for the fast response, willingness to take a risk, and honesty. The previous printing company I went with pulled out at the last minute to print memorial cards. I literally had 1.75 hours to find anyone willing to help me print 150, 3x4 laminated cards which I needed the next morning. Spoke with Kenneth at MMP to see how they could help. He was honest and advised lamination might not be possible, but also gave suggestions on alternatives. Just that single response from Kenneth made me want to give them all my money, because there's value in seeing the bigger picture. The memorial cards turned out great and I had ask that they let me know as soon as they were ready as I needed them the next morning and they did just that. Just a word of advice, take your business elsewhere. Little effort given and definitely not graphic artists working here. They charge you full price up front and the quality and lack of effort was so low that we told them to keep the $400. read more

We went here to have part of our wedding invitations printed here, and we were impressed with the great job that Gabriele did. 1. The printers here can print on vellum (super-thin paper), which Kinko's printers can't do. 2. She re-aligned what we needed to have printed to make it look even better! 3. The price was nice. 4. Gabriele is easy to talk to, helpful, and provides some tips to make things look wonderful. I'm in another city and desperately needed important, oversized paperwork to arrive before a specific deadline. It was impossible for my team to complete the work before the weekend and no couriers would guarantee Sunday pick-up to deliver Monday before noon. We contacted Minuteman Press on Wednesday. They went above and beyond to sign our non-disclosure agreement on Thursday, receive/process the pdf files Monday morning and have them printed. They even arranged for direct-to-door delivery before noon. The price, all in, was extremely reasonable and the quality was exactly what we wanted and needed. Went in to have a document scanned and emailed to myself. The employee who helped me did not inform me about the costs of the services so I assumed it would be at most a few dollars. When I went to the cashier to pay, she charged me over 7 dollars! Just to scan and email one single page. I asked her why it was so much, and she simply responded that ~$7 was the rate. She would not help explain to me and justify the price of the services. Will definitely not go there again when there are better and cheaper printing services out there. read more

On Thursday I found out about this huge event I needed business cards for and I knew online wasn't going to cut it. I needed these cards by Sunday and with work on Friday and Saturday before the event I didn't have much time to plan. On my 15 minute break on Friday morning I had called around frantically searching near my job and the minuteman (all independently operated I found) nearest to my job didn't answer their phone so I went ahead and left a message a long with another card making shop nearby. I was a bit frustrated with the level of attention they gave as the one minuteman go back to me hours later and the other shop simply sent me a text saying they could not help. (Uhm what if this wasn't a cell phone?!) Lazy. Thank God, I called Minuteman on A st.! They had great staff, answered quickly, I told them what I was looking for and (knowing they close at 5) could pick them up on my break, and without hesitation they said yes we can! They were diligent about emailing me a rough draft before print and communicating when they were done and I went down on my break and grabbed them with the price I had in mind and got even more than I expected. I then got back to work and received a message from my boss saying I needed to shorten the title after sending over pictures (they close at 5! I thought. There is no way, it is 4:58 right now) but in a panic I called just to see the earliest I could have them done. This is what really impressed me. The staff was super cool about it and didn't complain, they explained they could have them done within 20 minutes and if I could head over they'd stay and have them ready as they could sense my urgency I felt. I was SO grateful they did as it had changed the whole game for my job. They stuck to their word and had them ready the moment I arrived as I explained to my then boss I had messed up the card title on my lunch break and needed to go pick up the correct ones. This Minuteman press I'd like to give an exceptional review to as they had honored my urgency, kept their professionalism and friendliness consistency, STAYED a half hour after closing (as they are closed on weekends) for me. Also thr pricing was just what I was looking to spend. They definitely know how to put their customers first and anytime I need cards made or anyone I know I will definitely be referring them to this exact one. Thank you Minuteman staff. -J read more
