Will now be traveling out of town for help would avoid wasting your time here. Update - call me a liar or stupid then because when I was in I asked will the rough draft shirts be done by the end of the week and you said yes... then proceeded to tell me when I came in the following Monday that you said it was only the invoice that would be ready? Why did it take 3 weeks for an invoice you know specifically I asked for the rough draft shirts stop putting words in my mouth you led me on for over 3 weeks I waited patiently... rude?... I literally walked in asked for my shirts back and left I said 6 words to you can I have my shirts back and left I had nothing to say to you if that's rude then you are on your own. Take care.

Despite the busy back to school rush, he was on point/ offered me all the options plus 25% off a floormat/ signed into my app for me and got me an extra $5. Did I mention he carried it to the car? As soon as the notary realized his father didn't speak English, her attitude changed completely. She became incredibly rude, pushed our paperwork back across the counter, said she wasn't going to deal with it, and refused to help them. If there was a legal reason she couldn't notarize the document, I completely understand--that isn't my issue. My issue is how they were treated. There is a professional and respectful way to explain a legal requirement, and this was not it. The dismissive and hostile way she spoke to them was shocking and deeply upsetting. I've never witnessed someone treat people so differently because of a language barrier. Whether it was prejudice or simply unacceptable customer service, the experience was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this location based on how they were treated. For reference, Older white lady white hair, She is a manager.

My business had put a great deal of time into designing a concept for a vehicle wrap but about 15 months ago, when the process started; I made a very HUGE mistake and went somewhere else; other than Signarama. There is much to be said about the professionalism that I can attest to and experience(d) and again with Signarama. I have been a customer of theirs for about 5 years (except for my misguided field trip), and what happened was this: One of my business emails that was detailed, wound up in their spam box. They (Signarama) were moving at the time, and I wrongly LEAPED to conclusions. In doing so, I went online....very hastily and what I received for my first wrap was an extreme dysfunctional "poor customer servicing experience" and an end product that was misprinted on more than one side. Costly in terms of money and all the wasted time. Money is replaceable but time is not. Why I give Signarama 5 stars (should be higher...if I could) because of a multitude of reasons.
