Well, you'll probably do what we did and get some competitive bids, right? Four bids to be precise. The large national office supply chain came in close to $10 a copy, a small print shop up in Greenfield, MA came in around $7 a copy, a new shop in the Farmington Valley came in around $4 after lots of questions, and Signs Plus Prints confidently and professionally came in at $3.30. So that explains why we went with Signs Plus Prints who did a fantastic job for us. Hats off to Alex Youmans, Chris Aubins, and Maggie for their outstanding responsiveness and communication, that combined for my excellent customer service experience. The minute we walked into their shop, we had a good impression because we saw four individuals fanned out across the premises busily engaged in projects. We saw finished print and poster orders all over the place waiting for pick up, and some of the customers were heavy hitters like the Talcott Mountain Music Festival, Easter Seals, and a few area road races and charity golf tournaments. I placed my order on a Thursday morning; looked at a sample on Monday, and the order was ready for pickup on Wednesday. It came out great, with vibrant color, thick covers, and a sleek binding. If you ever have a need for, or would like to save some serious dough, on your next project involving signs, banners, printing, engraving, wearables, or even vehicle wraps, I strongly suggest you check these guys out. Chris, first thing that very rudely came out of his mouth "I can't do for that price" I kindly said, of course I realize that we wanted to support small local business. He then said "you only want two!?" I did, and informed him would order more for family members. However husband and I wanted first. He then told me they would be $20.00 each. I said that's fine(I think he thought that price would "scare" me away. Then he scoffs and tells me I'm better off getting online. Long Appreciation Post…read more A couple weeks ago, I was rear ended on 91 by a hit and run driver who did not brake for the stopped traffic. I am extremely grateful for my Ford Explorer for keeping me safe and being able to walk away without injury. In need of a whole new back end of my Explorer, I chose Johnson's Auto Body in Tolland to repair my car because of a positive referral. I cannot express HOW INCREDIBLE they were!!! Renee, who works the office, was AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL and walked me through the entire process. She was genuinely empathtic and consistently reassured me that "I, and my Explorer, are in very good hands" and that "I was going to get it back and it'll look like nothing ever happened." She sent me a text message every day with an update on the car, insurance or just to see how I was doing and feeling. Sure enough, I got my Explorer back and it looks PERFECT!!
