This is a group of young guys that I really wanted to be able to say good things about, but just…read morecan't. First, I started talking to Zack under a different business name. I gave him all the information on what I wanted to do (I had 3 trucks I wanted wrapped) he gave me pricing around $4500/truck. I was upfront about the trucks being older and maybe requiring additional prep work. They said no problem. I sent pictures of the trucks, the art I wanted to use, and the timeframe I was looking to do it in. When I got ready to start the project I couldn't get in touch with Zack, and then he finally responded and handed me off to Sam the owner of Peak Graphics. I drove down to Enfield to meet them, go over the work and leave a $12K deposit. I brought the first truck down and was then contacted by someone else who sent me concept art that was nothing remotely close to what I had asked for. Finally, we got on the same page again and they did the first truck. I picked it up a few weeks later and as I was driving down the freeway a large chunk of vinyl ripped off. It was apparent they hadn't done any prep work to the surface. I was already in $12K and that was the harder of the two trucks, so I pressed on and brought the second and easiest truck down (KW t300), and that was wrapped with little issue. Finally, I got to my Peterbilt 389 the older and more difficult truck. They had the truck for weeks and weeks and I needed the truck back to start making deliveries. At one point I said, enough I need my truck back. I went to pick it up and there were glaring details left unaddressed. Large visible white patches under a matte black wrap. The roof was left undone. Sections on the side of the hood undone. Narrow strips along the doors undone. I was very dissatisfied and told Sam that I would not pay any additional money for this quality of work. He didn't argue with me and just said they weren't used to working on old trucks. With that disappointment I took my truck and left and paid one of my employees to paint the unwrapped section. Several months later I needed to provide an invoice for an audit I was being subjected to. I asked Sam to send me an invoice for the money I paid him. He ignored me for a couple weeks then said I could pay him $1500 if I wanted the invoice. I have gone from disappointed to disgusted. This is one of the most unprofessional groups I have ever dealt with and do not recommend anyone use their services.

I was so impressed with their work and professionalism. They answered quickly and were extremely accommodating. I had to reschedule a few times due to work conflicts and they ended up working around my schedule. Highly recommend!! I've been referring all of my friends to them because they do such great work
