When you…read morehave trouble finding a photo order after the customer name & order number is given multiple times, you should be more apologetic instead of giving a paying customer a hard time. No need for this process to take more than a minute. Perhaps you need to LISTEN & BELIEVE what your customer is saying so that you can locate the orders in a timely fashion without being rude to said customer. We will not be back to the store.
