This time I came prepared with a plain box and a printed label, and they told me the box "wasn't sturdy enough" for them to ship. What does that even mean? A box is a box. This location tried to help, but failed to take responsibility for the misguidance and overall unawareness from the representative processing orders. Did they do everything they could to help me? No. I would go to an actual shipping center or use a company that helps their customers versus telling them to call someone else.
