And I wanted so desperately to honor her legacy and who she is and show her all the love I can even though she isn't with me anymore. I decided to create the 1213 Phoenix Project. On her birthday I gave out gift cards to places we used to go and encouraged everyone I could tell to donate in her name to various charities. I met Josh when I walked in. We came up with the idea of hats with the 1213 Phoenix project color scheme I had wanted and font, embroidered on the hats. He was extremely kind and diligent in walking me through the process. Believe me, I was clueless. He made me feel at ease. Any specifications or changes I wanted he showed me how it would look. I later met owner Debbie who was extremely helpful and throughout the process we exchanged emails on the progress. My original idea of hats was added to with tote bags showing the now awesome 1213 Phoenix Project logo and my daughter's likeness. In addition, I had a jacket made up for me with the logo embroidered on the back. The work. The people. You will not be disappointed. They were fantastic. And in my particular project, they were very sensitive to my needs and even heard me out as I spoke of what this means to me and the memory of my daughter. This has been the most difficult time of my life losing my Phoenix, but the crew at Big Frog navigated me through this process with a professionalism and kindness my broken heart will not soon forget. Thank you. And thank you for helping me keep my Phoenix"s legacy alive. The project is "1213", because that is her birthday....the donations I asked to be in increments of $12.13, and I gave out $1,213 in gift cards. I will do this every year, and the love and help you guys showed me will always remain a huge part. Again, on behalf of my daughter and my family.....thank you.

I had ordered a print from them for an event that I was doing. Day of my helpers were in a car accident so I was left to run around on my own. I tried to stop by and pickup but they were not there. The shop was closed and they told me to go to the back of the building to look for it. I did not see it and had to drive off. Then I was told it was in the van in the back of the building that was unlocked (I did not feel comfortable with this) so I said I'll come by later when they're back. I had no time to come back as there were plenty of things to do that I now had to do on my own. The next day or two I reached out because I felt awful. And offered to pay for the item because it was not their fault that I could not make it and I received a text stating that they did not want my money and no longer wanted to do business with me. I was appalled because I offered to pay for their time and I sent them proof that my workers were in the hospital and had a car accident. They still proceeded to tell me that I cannot do business with them and gave me names of other people in the area and they can't guarantee their pricing because Fast Signs is the lowest. I truly tried to make it right and I could've just never answered them again or walked away but I wanted to pay for their time. I offered that not them. Unfortunately, I'm not the first one either. I've heard from others that this is a pattern with them banning people. I have texts to prove it our conversation. Moral of the story DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Unprofessional!
