I provided them with a version of what I wanted. They had to remake the design with their computer software so it was high definition which I appreciated since it wouldn't have looked good without the update. When my order was ready they allowed for curbside pickup and a cc payment by phone. Super easy. On top of all of that I made an error in my measurements. I reached out and explained my error and they recreated the decals at no cost! There prices were very reasonable (less $$ than online) and their customer service was amazing.
