Would have easily paid 1 or 2 for the service ok fine. Went back home printed the label and came back. Only to be Scolded by the "gentlemen" from behind the counter that I wasnt allowed to tape my box in the store...had to go outside in 30 degree weather to complete the taping. Very very rude...it's a shipping store I didn't realize I wasn't allowed to put a little extra tape on my box IN THE SHIPPING STORE THAT SELLS THE TAPE AND BOXES. Would never come back...go to Holbrook they are rated much higher for a reason I guess.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Communication is poor, had…read moremy vehicle for over a month for a minor accident and only did 2/3 of the job. When I questioned what happen to fixing the rim I was asked by the shop person, "Oh, we were supposed to do that?" It was clearly on the insurance estimate we both had. Still, 5 months later they cannot get the rim and did not call to update me of their efforts or non-efforts... Call to get refund told to come down, go to the shop, will not reimburse the full amount they got paid (including labor and sales tax) from the insurance company, only the cost of the rim which they did not obtain/ install etc. STAY AWAY, under poor ownership. Cannot stress it enough, do not go to this shop!

Everything was fine until my car was returned and within 2 days all the engine lights went on. It…read morewas towed to the dealership- not sure what was going on. The dealership told me it had to do with the repairs done by Nicks and they should tow the car so it could all go in a claim- Nick's left my car sitting at the dealership for a week. I had to go to Nicks on a Saturday to find out why they told me my car was towed and it never was. The foreman stood there laughing (please see picture below) not helping, wouldn't get a manager on the phone until I said out loud I am recording this whole interaction. Jason the manager hung up on me and then called the foreman back however I still had the phone - it was the worst experience ever. To have the manager tell me "I had the car back for over 2 weeks and it probably wasn't their fault" I have documentation I had the car back for 4 days 2 of those days I work in Midtown so I don't drive. Jason was so unprofessional and rude. I wish AN OWNER would actually call to check on customer experience
