I live in Holiday City West, in Toms River NJ. I have tried getting construction help, most of the time no one replies or replies but doesn't show up. Porch King, replied to my request immediately, came out and reviewed the roof installation and gave me a very acceptable price. I was told the project would start in about three weeks, to my surprise it was moved up to a week. I was given a 9 to 9:30 am start time, and they were on the job at 9:15 am. It was expected to take a day or a day and a half, the whole job was completed in 6 hours. The installation looks great, the area was totally cleaned up. All the workers and the boss were polite and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a professional job and a reasonable price. Two things to note: The site for Porch King claims they accept Credit Cards, they do not anymore. Also, even though an address is given, there is no office to visit, you have to give a call for someone to come out.

After a few years the paint job shows all the missed spots around the house, meaning brush strokes & streaks where the original color is showing through. Could be the result of cheap paint too. I asked for Benjamin Moore paint not sure they used it at this stage of the game. This paint job is representative of THEIR work which was sloppy.

I called back on Tuesday to ask them when they could start they were at my house on Friday ripped up my old bathroom floor and did the wall repairs, they were there on Saturday to tile the bathroom and they just finished the sink and vanity today . The work was outstanding, they were quick, reasonably priced, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely recommended if you need some minor repairs done or tiling. Approximately 3 weeks ago I had a new garage door installed. The installers left my home and after…read morelooking at the door again I realized they only put one screw in the opener bracket attached to the door. Reason being is that they over drilled the hole and it was too large to hold it . Hi Before they left I asked if there was any problem with the door opener and they said no. At this point I paid and tipped all three installers. I found no screws on the ground meaning that they realized what they did and never tried to remedy or tell me about the situation. I then texted the salesman Mr. Joe Quinn telling him what occurred and sent him a picture of the bracket in. He said we will send someone out to correct it. In the meantime I ordered a reinforcement bracket and installed myself. No one has contacted me since the install and thank God I'm handy because I was unable to use the door until I corrected the problem 2 weeks later. In fairness door was nice -company was prompt -and until I discovered the issue all was fine. Next time I will pay anyone who works on my home by credit card so issues like this can be contested. They were super professional, thorough, accurate and timely despite our town zoning dragging their feet with permit approval. The workmanship is top-notch and the house looks great (Cedar Impressions siding).
