We hired Roof Plus when we noticed a leak during heavy rains. We were worried that a whole roof replacement or major repair would be needed. Purchased a Living Social Gutter Cleaning contract from them in 11/2013. Was in the area which they stated they covered. I called to make an apt and was put on the list but was told they only come to my area once in a while. My apt was canceled because of the snow and ice we had last year. They never rescheduled. I contacted them numerous times as well as a few text messages. A few times I actually spoke to someone who told me they would call back. Never got a call. So much for the flawless experience Andrew B received.... My experience was all but flawless. I would not recommend anyone contact this business unless you want a run around.
