From the initial appointment the friendliness  of the staff to the cleanliness of the facility was top notch. They have home cooked food. Funny how these 5 star reviews appeared after the TRUTH was posted. I guess yesterday was the day…read morethe owner decided to show up and started making the employees post fake reviews. Maybe she threatened to take their vacation time without prior notice, AGAIN!!! It's also very curious how they have an employee who's only been there for about a month, post a review saying how wonderful the job is. I only mention this due to the fact that she is the least competent person there and yet writes as if she has been there for so long and knows all the ins and outs. Question for you if you happen to read this, weren't you the one who was in charge of receiving diapers for a child who had ran out, did not give the diapers to appropriate teacher and caused the child to go without being changed? I would call that being right out incompetent but that is just my opinion. But since Jennifer Jean-Baptiste likes to play favorites and only targets certain employees, nothing was done or said against this employee for their incompetence. Lastly, it is very curious how these "reviews" sound so similar in their description of this horrible place. Almost as if it were scripted or all written at the same time. Maybe they ran out of ideas and just started copying each other, who knows. Instead of making your staff post reviews, maybe you should take a moment to reflect on the toxicity of this work environment. Money-hungry owner, dishonest and coward director, and two-faced employees (not all). DO BETTER! And once again, beware to the parents and people looking for a job here.
