If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to him for over 2 years, i knew I should have found a new doctor after the first appointment but I unfortunately stuck it out and kept seeing him. Refuses to fill prescriptions without making an appointment each time, then finally dropped me as a patient with no notice at all. In fact, I was informed he dropped me as a patient when I came in for my appointment (don't even know what the appointment was for, his office called me and requested that I schedule one so I did). I ended up having to reschedule for the next week due to a family emergency and I was marked as a no show (apparently that was the reason for dropping me, no warning nothing at all) now I am without a doctor until May and he refuses to refill my important prescriptions until I'm able to see a new doctor so I'm left without anything. Asked about some throat and ear issues multiple times and he advised me to take Sudafed daily... then i let him know it wasn't helping and I'm still having the same issues and he told me to stop taking it. Complete joke, avoid this doctor. read more

I wanted to give 0 rating if I could. Dr. Mirtorabi did not care about patient's needs. He rushed me and talked very fast in an impatient way when I first visited him on 06/09/25 for re-checking my abnormal blood test results. He only tested my blood sugar on spot and did not write me a lab order for other abnormal test results, insisting I should submit my previous lab results. He also stated in patient portal message box that I need to go in to see him in order for him to write me a lab order. When I made great effort on my own finally have the previous lab results transferred to Dr. Mirtorabi office, his office front desk lady called me on 06/25/25 asking me to make an appointment with Dr. Mirtorabi. I said yes because I assumed Dr. Mirtorabi finally agreed to write me a lab order. But very surprisingly, when I went to see Dr. Mirtorabi on 07/01/25, he asked me why I wanted to see him. When I reminded him my abnormal lab results, he had no clue what they were. After searched on his computer and finally saw my previous test results, he insisted even though the numbers are not ideal, but he will not write me a lab order because for my age those abnormal numbers are Okay. So basically he called me in to see him and yet didn't provide me any service on 07/01/25 my 2nd visit. Now one and half month later, the clinic send me a bill for my 1st visit and 2nd visit. I appealed to the doctor to waive the fee for the 2nd visit and the doctor denied my waiver request. So I paid Dr. Mirtorabi $200 for the blood sugar test and paid $156 for zero service done by Dr. Mirtorabi. I do not recommend Dr. Mirtorabi at all. he is not my doctor any more. read more

I established care with these guys yesterday! They are FANTASTIC!! The MA was super efficient and professional! Not to mention kind and friendly! No judgments!! The doctor was also very kind, gentle, patient, friendly and professional! I would definitely recommend giving them a shot! read more

Very Very bad - The WORST Doctor I have ever been to. Wouldn't even call him a Dr because that's disrespectful to real doctors. WILL NOT refill basic prescriptions without an appt every time so he can collect his money. Does nothing at the appointment accept rush you through disrespectfully. I asked him eye to eye THREE times that I would like a referral to see a cardiologist and he refused to send the referral without setting ANOTHER appointment. What?? I asked him what he would do at the next appointment and he said "I don't know I have to see the next patient, but I will call 911 for you" - So then he gets Condescending when I call him out. The worst Dr I have seen in years! My wife and I both used (past tense) Dr. Mirtorabi. His ethics and practice is unprofessional and only concerned with money!. It takes his office days to return calls. I was injured and saw the Dr Mirtrorabi he recommended an x-ray which i received, but when a MRI was recommended to me, by attending physician, Dr Mirtrorabi insisted I see him again for a check up. My wife saw him for prescription refills which he agreed to refill. when time came to refill, he refused and said she must see him again. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!! read more

I really like this doctor. Dr. Medhi is really an amazing guy. He looks at all of you...not just your symptoms this minute. And he is a real down to basics guy. If carbs are giving you high blood sugar, then why are you eating them? True, he has us there. He works us in often when we just need to see him, and he actually takes the time to answer any questions you have. He EXPLAINS things. This we used to call being a family doctor--and it is nearly unheard of these days. read more

Dr. Mirtorabi is very direct and to the point. He also sometimes seemed like he was in a hurry. I could see how that could be off-putting to some people. He checked goodrx with me to see which pharmacy would be the cheapest. I appreciated that since I didn't have insurance. Yes, their office might not be fancy, but I have no complaints. read more

Dr. Mirtorabi doesn't seem to know much about asthma and wasted a lot of my time. I've had asthma since childhood but manage it by regular exercise, taking flovent and albuterol (prescribed by several different doctors for extended periods of my adult life) He is the first doctor I ever had to deny that I have asthma, although he conceded I may have had it as a child! To his credit he diagnosed shortness of breath and precribed albuterol when I showed up in his office wheezing. I had a lot of trouble getting paperwork from him (e.g. a lab report as well as a form needed by my employer). Needless to say I do not recommend him and have switched doctor. read more
