I was really ready to get a massage since I was in alot of pain. Casey was my therapist. She took the time to personally discuss problem areas prior to starting. She also gave me the option of full body massage or to concentrate on my neck, shoulders, and back. In the end I left with alot less pain (I was having a hard time even turning my neck from side to side). I also left feeling like a bowl of jello.....which is always a good sign to me! Also since she posted a comment about our messages talking about a 24 hour booking. I'll post a pic of her asking me to book for 2:30pm the SAME DAY. Didn't see any reviews but decided to give this small business a shot. Boy was I mistaken. I booked online for a 11:30 appointment and booking was very easy and fit my schedule perfectly so i thought why not, so I get in my car, drive 30 minutes to the business. The door is locked, I was 10 min early so I waited. Well 11:36 approaches and the owners number is on the door so I sent a text just to make sure the owner got my reservation. Her response was: yes it was done correct, however she wasn't available until 2:30. She wasn't feeling well and forgot to block off the times until she was in. Smh. I hope she feels better soon but that's just not got business. I want to give my business to small business owners every time I can but was extremely let down by this experience. Since I'm in a lot of pain, I'll have to spend more money elsewhere, sigh.
