They have some techniques to charge you as much as they can, It takes for ever to rap your stuff, then pretty slow to move, they don't use and cart to move faster, and also the main problem is they don't have any tools to disassemble or assemble beds or furnitures, Just 4 beds and one set of furniture, takes 9.5 hours, Also they charge for fuel and double for driving time, nit recommend. read more

Of course I would need to move during the hottest weekend of the year in California. However, Frankie and Vladimir made my move a breeze. I definitely experienced some anxiety during the move due trying to make sure everything made it out and the whirlwind a move can naturally create, but both guys were able to help calm me down and focus on the task at hand which made me enjoy my move. I felt so bad they had to climb stairs at both locations, but they didn't complain, or show any sign of weakness. They did their job with a smile despite the intense heat of the day. They both communicated well, they asked questions, and took such great care of my personal items. I will absolutely use Mira Moving again in the future. I have since unpacked everything and found no damage of any of my items. The price was reasonable, the truck was large, though they were only moving my small studio apartment. From scheduling with Veronica, to payment, to the quality of work, it was all pleasant. I even called for extra information, got my information and then was called back to let me know a correction. I don't ever mind if someone makes a mistake, but following up is a must and Mira Moving did just that. The two man team was fast, safe and friendly. Wow, these guys are incredible!!! Can't say enough how scare I was choosing them for the move and how happy they made me with it at the end! To be honest that was a last-call movers, cause my move was initiated in emergency and was required very next day work, which these guys handled for me as just a daily routine. I personally was pretty stressed out of upcoming move cause most companies was fully booked or just refused to provide me with the services in a very next day cause I was late with my call, but hey, people got emergencies! If some jerks don't want to do the job like that why keep running such a business!? I've heard few good things about Mira Moving from the guy who fixing trucks, so their name popped out in my mind as a last resort when I've almost gave up to find movers. Since the beginning of the booking process my stress was washed away with calm and professional speech and clear explanations that the company will try to do their best to find a spot in a busy schedule even though I gave a short notice. At the other hand I found their account on Yelp and realized that there was NO reviews at all. That put me back in doubt that my move will happen with no stress, but the dispatch-lady on the phone calmed me down and made me feel pretty comfortable with what to expect from the crew who going to work for me. This is my 2nd time booking a move with Mira Moving and the experience was just as smooth as the first time. Dawn, the coordinating agent was very helpful when I first made the moving appointment. Frank and Kevin were punctual, paid attention to the details of preventing damage, helped me move the furnitures to the desired place in the apartment, and took care of all the plastic wrappings after they unload. It was overall a really smooth, stress free moving experience, which is the most important part of booking a moving service. We were referred to Mira Moving by friends who just moved and used their service. Willie and his team did a great job. We live in Ladera Ranch and moved out of a tri-level unit, needed things broken down and put back together, TV's taken down, art work wrapped, boxes moved.. it was a tough job all-around. We started service 10am and didn't finish until 5:30pm, needless to say it was a very long day but these guys never stopped moving. The job was done correctly and that is all we can ask for. Need help with a quick move for my son and these guys TOTALLY came through. Called on a Monday for an emergency move on Wednesday. They came in time and got it done super fast and efficient.
