Despite being exposed to blasts, spending over four years in a combat zone, and coming under fire numerous times, Dr. Wilson's professional opinion was that his hearing loss and tinnitus are more likely the result of "everyday risk factors," which she stated far outweigh his 24 years of military service. It is widely documented that tinnitus is the number one most prevalent service-connected disability among U.S. military veterans, with more than 3.2 million veterans receiving compensation for it as of 2024. In my opinion, Dr. Wilson's assessment reflects a lack of understanding of military service and the significant physical toll that combat and long-term service can have on service members.

My mom ask about a note for Social Security and he got angry when she ask him the second time that she needed the note to send to Social Security about the vision in my eyes and what his diagnosis at that moment. he got really irate " and said that I'm not going to argue with you and my mom was not arguing she was just asking for a his opinion because she really needed the note he said I'm only doing you a favor because of my other colleagues that asked me to do this I am not your doctor . but yet he treated me many times and I went to him many times for him to do the same thing that the other doctors were doing it was all about the money .but when we didn't come as many times as he asked us to which was every month . I had asked the doctor for pressure medicine the nurse brought me a 2.5 mg a very tiny bottle I said that's all that you had ? she said yes we don't have anymore in the closet when pharmaceutical sales people who bring tons of medicine to the doctor's office every week Because I have less than 10% vision in one eye and the other eye is completely blind he said I'm only going to treat your good eye I'm not going to Treat the eyes that's blind but if anybody has ever had glaucoma knows that the blood vessels swell and can cause hemorrhaging even in a blind eye and horrible pain .he said I don't care about the eye that's blind and I don't care about the pain .and that I am only treating the good eye This is exact word for word that he said to me and that he didn't care how much pain I was in with the blind eye " that he was only going to look at the eye that could still see some and he was only going to treat it and it only !!! my mom said you can't do that that would be wrong . The practice's surgical scheduler has been an absolute nightmare to work with. She is inflexible, obstinate, and shows no empathy for patients. If I was not so concerned for my son's hearing we would be changing practices due to her inhospitable and unhelpful behavior. I saw the Dr. He explained to mean that because of insurance issues they require me to come back in for a CT scan located across the hall. I did that and paid another $70. The desk told me they accepted my insurance and there shouldn't be any issues. Then after my CT scan they tell me I will have to come in AGAIN to hear the results and pay another $70. Why the doctor can't tell me this the same day I got the scan is beyond me. It's actually criminal to do this to patients. I come in again and the doctor talks to me for at most 10 minutes, shows me my CT scan and says that he'll prescribe me a steroid pack. When I told the front desk and the doctor that they can't put this sort of financial burden on consumers the doctor told me to talk to my HR department?? Then they text me weeks later saying I owe $422.45. Your office is a scam and I pray it closes. Stop preying off of patients and do better.
