Kim the nice lady that tried to take payment of $229.85 for glasses I attempted to purchase in full, my card only allowed $116.85, she ask me did I have another form of payment, I said no and she said well when you can make payment come back. I went back into eye associates that Monday were she then mentioned that it was a partial payment and I at that point I mentioned I am changing directions and getting smarter glasses, then Kim wanted me to sit down with sales rep again. I politely declined and trust was lost my way and no longer wanted to be tricked into anything else, I even mentioned to her that I had no idea that this was a partial payment. Kim moved right pass that and attempted to refund $106.85 they said $10 was copay which still confused me because I thought the payment was for glasses. Neither less accepted $106.85 refund. Tried multiple times to refund money, could not. Kim then left for about 10 minutes saying they could do a check,came back and told me they couldn't do that and to dispute with my bank. I just feel that they should break these payments down on a sheet and verbally ask if I wanted to do partial payment before I left out on the 31st. I'm in sales and felt like I was not top priority and that the information could have been explained 10 x better. Not a bad experience just one that will make me ask 800 questions if I ever decided to return.
