I was really in a bad place due to other doctors and was extremely frustrated with my medical care before I found Dr. Khoshnevis. Regarding my experience with other doctors: I have been to 6 other optometrists and opthamologists for problems related to this. Some took my money and continued to make appointments with me even though they didn't know my condition well and weren't comfortable treating my condition. CEENTA charged me $160 while I waited 2 hours for them to rush me through an appointment with a specialist opthamologist that ended up doing me no good. Some didn't spend time with me and made me wait a long time. I felt that none of them both knew about my condition and were willing to explain it in detail to me. I even got some harmful advice from an opthamologist's office in New York that put me in a very bad condition. Dr. Khoshnevis's exceptional care was the best by far. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding my condition and was extremely helpful in explaining the condition to me and recommending treatment plans. However, he did put them in for me and had a staff member show and help show me an easier way to get them in and out which was really helpful. So I call the facility and that's when they finally tell me the issue and tell me that they would add a 40% off my next purchase for my inconvenience. When I went to pick up my glasses I mentioned the 40% off to the lady at the desk and she said there was no note made so I would have to call back in a few days after she talks to whoever I talked to.
