What is a typical 5 year life span turned into 12 years! Office personnel are also very helpful about insurance info and how to find discounts. While there are many less expensive models ... The staff was very friendly and they worked with my insurance company to get the most bang for my buck. All I had to do was show up. Making an appointment here was easy. I was able to get one the next day. they have an nice waiting area with autographed celebrity photos thanking some guy named Bill, who I am assuming is the owner. The pictures go way back. Mike was very knowledge, supportive and professional. He brought a sense of humor and wit with him as well. I got a hearing test completed and he did my ear molds. They then ordered my hearing protection for me and set up an appointment to pick it up. On top of all that he discussed an annual maintenance program for the hearing protection. I was very pleased with my appointment. He made sure that everything was done right. Whenever I do find myself needing some hearing assistance, this will be my spot. I was pleasantly surprised with the results and customer service.

After…read morereturning hearing aids for my 96 year old grandmother within the grace period and being contractually informed that a refund would be given within 30 days Ryan personally wrote 2 checks for the $3300 in succession that bounced and we are now 120 days in and no response. Ryan Thomas makes sure his office staff lets you know that they arent responsible and have no obligation to the problem and that he will be the one who rectifies the problem, then he will just kindly not make contact with you ( apparrent admission of guilt as everyone knows except him apparently). Sounds like a classy guy right? He has multiple locations across the state in which he possibly takes advantage of the elderly. Please take care if you choose to do business with a person who is not a straight shooter. Check his Better Business Bureau rating, it not very good! They have a decent sized private parking lot that it shares with the other business in the building it is located. Even though they have a sign out front, their door inside the building is not well marked. It is the suite to the right as you enter the building if that helps. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. They guided me through the process and did some research to make sure I was getting what I needed. The audiologist, Tammy, was awesome, she was very professional and personable. She administered a hearing test for me and provided me great feedback. She also took some ear molds for me for the hearing protection. Even though they were not able to fulfill my full request, they found someone that could and provided me my molds. I was hoping I was able to do business with them. My experience with them was very positive and they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my hearing protection through the best method.
