I was a parent caregiver when she fired me because I wasn't able to return her call within 10 minutes due to having an appointment for the person receiving her services. Apparently she comes before the client. I communicated with her and let her know I was unable to talk at that time. Daniesha then proceeded to block my number and deactivate my login to clock in for work all without notifying me. The days before this she acted so concerned about my mom receiving adequate support to just giving her none. SHE IS A FRAUD. Be careful. She asked me to do fraudulent things against the laws in order to keep money in her pocket and as soon as I told her that I had to switch companies because I didn't want to go against the law I was fired. The injector was extremely helpful in educating individuals on which injection they might want to certain needs. As I began to follow them on IG, I noticed they were participating in a giveaway, in which I won an IV drip. Me being the ball of anxiety that is me, I jumped on the opportunity. I almost passed out (nothing the staff did wrong) and they were so caring and helpful to be sure I was ok to proceed. (In no way was this giveaway in exchange for a review). I didn't make it to the massage chair, but I did complete the infusion and felt quite amazing after. I plan to pull myself together and make this a regular part of my self care routine. Literally sat her down and said now you are going to write a good review on Google for us and you will give us full stars. They lied to get her there. She went to get off suboxone and they never let her stop taking it the entire month. Now a month later she comes home tomorrow and she is on the same dosage she went there with. She told them she didn't want to take it anymore and thet forced her to continue taking it and not once reduce the dosage over the entire month. This is because they are getting paid to keep people on meds. Her roommates were getting high and drunk the whole month she was there. They told her on the phone she was going to detox and then rehab and there was no detox or rehab, just an intensive outpatient program. The clients could leave the house any time they wanted and go to town and get drunk and high. They told her on the phone that there would be multiple family sessions and not once over the entire month did they do a single family session. Her therapist was never available to talk to her. The whole month she was there, there was no furniture in the house and two days ago they were taking new pictures to post online and made her install a bunch of furniture they bought after leaving her in an empty house for a month. If you or someone you love is looking at this place, KEEP LOOKING. This was a waste of a month, they did not help my girlfriend in any way at all, they just got a bunch of insurance money and that was it.

I experienced Dr. Porter as the anesthesiologist for an outpatient procedure I had at IU Health…read moreWest, a full-service hospital located in Avon, Indiana. Per the IU website, Dr. Porter is a hospital-based provider only who serves IU Methodist, IU University, IU North, and IU West. He's an osteopathic physician whose specialty is anesthesiology. Anesthesiology is one of those weird specialties and I'm not even sure it's completely fair to review it. The actual encounter time is always limited. I met Dr. Porter a few minutes before the procedure (actually a few minutes later than the procedure was actually scheduled). He explained his process and listened when I expressed some concerns considering he was planning to approach it differently than I had told the surgery would be handled. He explained in a very fundamental way (too fundamental) why this was his preference and I agreed to go with it. I was impressed that when I informed him of my trauma background that he offered to let me place the mask on myself and he then followed up with that once I was in the OR. So, that was a huge and appreciated plus. Obviously, once I was knocked out I have no idea what happened. However, one way to assess urology is by the recovery room journey and I awakened with very little difficulty and was actually in pretty good shape in post-op. I was able to eat and drink fairly quickly. My procedure started around 3:45 or so and I was pretty close to out the door by 6pm. Dr. Porter checked in with me, of course, by surgery's end. He had a pretty casual air about him. He was definitely confident, but not in a conceited way. I was probably most bothered by the conflicting plans for anesthetic and do wish that had been resolved prior to my being in the operating room. It's awkward by that point to have discussions about it, but it unnecessarily increased my anxiety. Overall, however, this was a good experience and I especially appreciated the trauma-informed care that aided my comfort. As a hospitalist, he tends to be one of those docs where you don't necessarily get a "choice" but in this case all worked out well and I found him to be a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable practitioner.
