I was shocked to find they could get me in the next day. The night before my appointment, my hearing aid wire broke off inside my ear, and I was already past due for a cleaning and some new parts. I was so thankful I had an appointment the following day. The receptionist was really nice and the Audiologist was super friendly (and funny). It was a real pleasure to work with him. After rushing to get my appointment and arriving a little late, the check-in person was so warm and friendly that I was not frantic anymore. She was very personable and kind. The radiologist also had a good bedside manner. She completed my test and I was on my way.
