I will return here for all my hearing concerns. I had a problem with my hearing aids a few weeks after my appointment. I stopped in without an appointment. I was greeted with a smile and the young lady took my hearing devices and returned a few minutes later. I placed them in my ears and could hear clearly again. My devices had bad wires that had worn out or broken over the past few months. She gave me back like brand new devices and I could hear again. She took the time to help me and fixed my devices with a smile and thanked me for coming in. Thanking me for stopping in without an appointment? What kind of office does that? I was so nervous to get a second opinion affraid that they would tell me the same thing. After the persistence of my friend, I drove over an hour to see him. And it was worth every mile. Once I walked in I knew this would be a different experience. I was welcomed and felt like I was at home. Once I was in the office he looked inside my ears (on a huge flat screen that was way cool) and he told me what he saw. Then stepped into the hearing booth. The test was longer then the first hearing test I had and seemed more in-depth. He then went through all the test results with me in a way I understood and the results were way better. He let me know what my options were and that I didnt need that much hearing help. YIPPEE!!! I would drive alot further for the service I was provided with and will be a client for life!

They always help make sure my hearing aids are well tuned and all components working properly. A couple of weeks ago I noticed my left hearing aid wasn't working properly Charmain had me bring in my aid right away no appointment needed, I got bad news that the unit had to go back to Oticon for repair Charmain made sure to expedite the unit via UPS I was kept informed of the status and was called a week later that it was ready.
