I will return here for all my hearing concerns. I had a problem with my hearing aids a few weeks after my appointment. I stopped in without an appointment. I was greeted with a smile and the young lady took my hearing devices and returned a few minutes later. I placed them in my ears and could hear clearly again. My devices had bad wires that had worn out or broken over the past few months. She gave me back like brand new devices and I could hear again. She took the time to help me and fixed my devices with a smile and thanked me for coming in. Thanking me for stopping in without an appointment? What kind of office does that? They always help make sure my hearing aids are well tuned and all components working properly. A couple of weeks ago I noticed my left hearing aid wasn't working properly Charmain had me bring in my aid right away no appointment needed, I got bad news that the unit had to go back to Oticon for repair Charmain made sure to expedite the unit via UPS I was kept informed of the status and was called a week later that it was ready.
